Carrot, Tomato and Red Pepper Panacea

Below is a recipe for a true body boosting panacea.

It contains so many nutrient filled vegetables that can only be good for you.

Carrot, Tomato and Red Pepper Booster

DSCN7057Ingredients:

Will serve two

250 ml carrot juice

250 ml tomato juice

2 large red peppers, deseeded and chopped roughly

1 tsp lemon juice

freshly ground black pepper

To make:

1.  Pour both the carrot juice and tomato juice into the blender and process ever so gently to mix.

2. Add the chopped red peppers and a teaspoon of lemon juice.  Process to incorporate into the juices of tomatoes and carrots.

3.  Pour this red mixture into a couple of glasses.

4. Give it a shake of black pepper and  serve at one.

Enjoy this exhilarating drink!
