Carrot, Tomato and Red Pepper Booster
Will serve two
250 ml carrot juice
250 ml tomato juice
2 large red peppers, deseeded and chopped roughly
1 tsp lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
1. Pour both the carrot juice and tomato juice into the blender and process ever so gently to mix.
2. Add the chopped red peppers and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Process to incorporate into the juices of tomatoes and carrots.
3. Pour this red mixture into a couple of glasses.
4. Give it a shake of black pepper and serve at one.
