Hoisin Sauce is a family favourite. Our fridge and cupboard usually have a stock of hoisin sauce. We use it mainly as a dipping sauce especially with Peking duck, which is a family favourite. We also use hoisin sauce for cooking. We love the salty and sweet fruity taste of it.
