Episode 1
This drama has such a cute start.
It started with Ye Miao driving his car rather fast because he was thinking of all the shitty things that happened because of a girl.
It then jumped six years ago.
Ye Miao met a girl who was all scared and worried. He asked the girl if he needed to call the police for her.
All she said was that there is something following her. She then started running. When he looked at what she was running from, he saw a ferocious goose.
He ran as well, following her. The girl was Xia Ruining, who closed an open door to his face and had the goosed pecked his bum mercilessly.
It was the opening ceremony of the school before going to military initiation.
Xia Ruinning was with her friend Hua Hua.
Hua Hua suddenly got excited when she saw the gorgeous boy sitting in front of the auditorium.
Xia Ruinning told her to calm down but Hua Hua got more excited.
Suddenly the boy in front turned his head around and Xia Ruining could see him fully. She was in love.
Shen Zhen was the school beauty and had a reputation of being brainy as well.
She was delivering a speech when Xia And Hua Hua started arguing about who would pursue the gorgeous boy, Ye Lin.
Hua Hua said that she would tell him she like him as soon as the opening ceremony was over. She then challenged Xia to confess now or never.
At that point, Ye Lin was being called away, so Xia Ruining stood up and shouted Ye Lin’s name. When he turned around and looked at her, she clearly said “Wo Ai NI” (I like you/I Love You).
Ye Lin just smiled confusedly at her.
But behind Xia Ruining someone shouted ‘he would never like you’
It was the goose boy.
Poor Shen Zhen was completely stumped from what was going and interruption, she forgot her speech.
The visitors and students all said the pretty girl forgot her speech.
Poor Shen Zhen was scolded by one of the seniors, Fang Yuan, from the student union, She told Shen Zhen to bring a copy of her speech but Shen Zhen did not listen as she was confident she had memorise her speech. The senior also scolded Shen Zhen from wearing a branded dress as if she was saying she was so perfect and rubbing her school mates nose to it. And yet, Shen Zhen had applied for an indigent scholarship.
Poor Shen Zhen was so upset and crying that she walked into Ye Miao. Her new dress got caught in a hook by small fencing. Ye Miao just tore the part caught on the nail and then gave the cloth to her.
Meanwhile, Xia Ruining started stalking Ye Lin. She then dragged him to a room to talk to him to tell him that they knew each other from before. They both played the violin seven years ago.
They were talking when Xia’s mother, Ye Lin’s mother with teachers and a whole load of investors walked in the room and caught Xia and Ye Lin alone together.
Ye Lin’s mother told her son that he could not be friends with Xia as she doesn’t like Xa’s mother.
The bus was taking the students to their military training.
Xia was sitting near the front of the bus waiting for Hua Hua when Ye Miao sat down beside her. He started teasing her and they both got told off by the teacher.
When they got to the barracks, Xia found that her roommate was a very annoyed and unfriendly Shen Zhen.
Episode 2
Shen Zhen was so bitter about Xia.
It all came out that Shen Zhen lives at Xia house as Shen Zhen’s mother is Xia’s family housemaid.
Shen Zhen has a chip on her shoulder. She has a thing about being the maid’s daughter. She told Xia to stop treating her as the family trashcan. Don’t give her leftover food, don’t give clothes, etc.
Hua Hua accidentally met someone in the city near their school. It was those human statues which she did not realise. She was seated on his lap on a bench. He was very still at first and Huahua was gabbing on the phone. He then started moving and Hua Hua was so surprised thinking that the human statue was a pervert. She chased him everywhere.
She later found out that the man was a student at her school and he was in the same year as her.
Hua Hua found out his room number at the barracks.
Xia incited Hua Hua to give him a right rollicking.
But when the boy opened the door Hua Hua turned into mush. He was good-looking and Hua Hua was lost.
Xia who was hiding was so annoyed that Hua Hua was letting him get away from being a pervert so she herself gave him a strong right hook.
Unfortunately for Yi Miao, he took that time to appear by the door eating an apple and he was the victim of Xia’s punch.
The apple went more than halfway into his mouth causing him to suffer from lockjaw.
He signaled for Xia to stay away from him and she should always be 3 meters away from him.
Episode 3
Yi Miao and Xia were bickering again. Yi Lin stopped Yi Miao saying that Xia’s mom was the dean at the Cultural.
Yi Miao stopped immediately knowing his brother was desperate to be in the good books of the dean.
Yi Lin also mentioned that he was having a problem contacting a master who could help him with turquoise pigment.
Xia wanted to know who was the master. Yi Miao reminded her of the place when he had trouble with the goose.
Xia knew immediately that they were talking about Uncle Yan. She promised Yi Lin that she would help him.
The only problem was that they had to go out of the camp which is forbidden and Shen Zhen would rat on her to the teacher.
Yi Miao promised to keep Shen Zhen occupied for two hours.
As promised Xia was able to help Yi Lin and he noticed that she was very smart and clever. She knows how to talk the talk.
On their way home, Yi Lin had a flat tire which Xia loved because they would spend more time together.
Meanwhile, Yi Miao was painting Shen Zhen and he was really good at it. Shen Zhen said that she had always envied someone whose portrait was painted yearly. This princess was so used to it she does not appreciate it anymore.
Hua Hua was talking to Xia on the phone. Hua Hua accidentally mentioned that Y Miao was keeping Shen Zhen occupied. He was painting her.
Yi Miao was uncomfortable from being found out but Shen Zhen said that she understood that he cannot say no to a princess. They always got their ways. She promised that she will not tell on Xia.
Xia was having the time of her life. Yi Lin was so sweet to her.

This episode will make you cry.
Shen Zhen was still the nasty bitch especially when Ye Miao told her that she was ugly and despicable in her her jealousy and envy of Ruining. He told her that he would always love Ruining and would never look at her.
This only added to Shen Zhen obsessive hatred of Ruining. She then confronted Ruining who was at the Ye Mansion trying to restore a print.
Shen Zhen told Ruining that she can never be with Ye Miao because everytime she sees Ye Miao, it would eat on her that Ye Miao is the son of the woman who killed her mother.
Shen Zhen then recounted the murder of Ruining’s mother.
Ye Miao’s father had always been in love with Ruining’s mother but they did not get together because of parental disputes.
Ye Miao’s mother overheard her husband telling Ruining’s mother that he loved her and that the 20 years time with his wife had been a complete torture.
Ruining’s mother told him to leave her alone. She loves her husband.
But that was not enough for Ye Miao’s mother. When she was alone with Ruining’s mother in the balcony, she pushed her which was witnessed by Shen Zhen.
She was now telling this to Ruining so she would hate everyone connected to Ye Miao’s mother including Ye Miao.
Shen Zhen gloated that now Ruining knew the truth but she can’t do anything about it.
But she was wrong because she recorded Shen Zhen’s confession.
Ruining walked out with the recording followed by Shen Zhen and it looked like history repeating itself as they ended in the balcony.
Shen Zhen pushed Ruining but Ye Miao turned up and able to hold on to Ruining.
He then told her that he loved her over and over.
Finally, Shen Zhen realised that she can never have Ye Miao so instead of bashing him with a brick on the head as she was meaning to, she help hoist Ruining back to safety.
Shen Zhen packed her things and said that she will have a new life. She will never be like Ruining but that part of her life is over.
Meanwhile, Ruining visited Ye Miao’s mother in the mental hospital.
The mother said that she hated Ruining and then she said, “I am sure you hate me as well”
To which Ruining said yes.
The mother then asked what Ye Lin’s last word (OMG he died as well?)
Ruining looked her in the face then stood up.
The mother was yelling for Ruining to tell her but all she could she was the receding back of Ruining leaving the hospital.
She was in the playground talking loudly to herself. She said that she can forget most everything but not the one person. Ye Miao. She said, “I love you, Ye Miao”
Behind her was an excited Ye Miao holding a bouquet of flowers for her.
What was that ending?
