Episode 1
Wow, the first episode is already hectic. Exciting with so much happening all at once.
Kim Hye Soo is a book restorer who is married to Nam Jung Do, an Assemblyman.
Hye Soo is a stepmother to a 22-year-old boy who had just been released from prison.
She has also a daughter who was in middle school. One rainy night, Kim Hye Soo went to check on her daughter but found her gone.
She went looking for her everywhere, her husband also joined in. They went to report their daughter missing to the police.
The police recognised Nam Jung Do as a popular assemblyman. They told him that would make looking for their daughter a priority.
Nam Jung Do declined, saying to treat them the same as anyone else with the same problem. But Kim Hye Soo who was so worried for her daughter begged Nam Jung Do to reconsider.
The police special force was roped in. After a while, Nam Jung Do and Kim Hye Soo were called to identify a body by the seashore.
Kim Hye Soo had not the strength to go near the body with Nam Jung Do.
Nam Jung Do opened the body bag and saw the face of his son, Nam Ji Hoon.
Before they could really grieve for Ji Hoon, a girl suddenly turn up saying that she was Ji Hoon’s girlfriend and she was pregnant.
Episode 2
Nam Jung Do was not having a good day. It was revealed that he use the police to prioritize finding his daughter. He was asked to resign.
The last thing he needed to hear was a girl claiming to be pregnant by his son.
