Wow! Superb.

The long-awaited return of Shin Hye Sun has finally happened and such a treat as well.

I love this first episode.

The story is about a girl who had undergone reincarnation again and again.  What is more special is that the girl remembers every reincarnation.

Currently, she is on her 19th one.  But in this particular life, she has a mission.  She has to find Mun Seo Ha who she abruptly left on her 18th life when she died in a car accident.  He was also in the car with her but she protected him as much as she could as it turned out with her life.

Anyway, in her 18th life, having lived so many times across different eras, she is quite savvy with life and has matured quickly which rather flustered her mother who was friends with Lee Sang Ah, Seo Ha’s, mother.

Her mother would often bring her to Lee Sang Ah’s house to play with Seo Ha.

Lee Sang Ah has a terminal illness. Before her death, she made Yoo Ju-won (Ban Ji Eun’18th reincarnation) look after Seo Ha.

So in her 19th life, she is determined to carry out the request.

Her life had not been a bed of roses, especially in her 19th life.  Her father is a drunken gambler.  Because of this vice, his wife left him and unfortunately also Ban Ji Eun.

Her father used Ban Ji Eun who has a very high IQ and is super talented to make money..  He started entering her to talent contests, especially in dancing the flamenco and speaking multiple languages such as Spanish, English, and Japanese, amongst many others.

They were raking the money in but it was never enough because her father would gamble it all.

She was so fed up with it all that she left her father and went in search of her ‘niece’ from his (he was a man then) from his 17th reincarnation.

The niece was Kim Ae Gyeong who runs a typical small restaurant. Ban Ji Eun recounted her life and her mission to find Seo Ha.

Kim Ae Gyeong gave her the money to look for Seo Ha but of course, she found him, he was also a lot older than her.  Despite it, she stalked him, until one day he just disappeared.  He was sent abroad by his father who does not have time nor patience for a partially deaf son as he had just married again.

Many years passed, Ban Ji Eun is known as Jane of all trades as she is multi-talented.  She has now a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and can do anything having graduated from a school for prodigies and polymaths.

She was so young and yet much respected and valued by higher management.  One such manager was left thinking that perhaps Ban Ji Eun was a king in a previous life.

I must admit I can’t help shouting on the telly that she was not a king but Mr. Queen in a previous life.🤣🤣🤣

Anyway, her wait was finally over.  Seo Ha is back in the country and determine to run his mother’s hotel which has been given to his stepmother to manage.

Ban Ji Eun was so ready to have a reunion so she applied for a position in the hotel.

Seo Ha was rather doubtful that someone would apply for a position way under her excellent qualification.  But his friend told Seo Ha that Miss Ban at least merits an interview because of her over qualifications.

Well, at last, they met. It was a weird and rather wonderful meeting because Ban Ji Eun asked Seo Ha if they should start dating…

Brilliant!🤣🤣. Can’t wait for the next installment.
