Episode 1
Whoa, Zuo Ye is really charismatic as the Fox Demon Emperor. The production is good and so far the cinematography was really something, it does not look cheap and rickety.
Anyway, Su Xiao Huan was a bit of a hustler. She was storytelling to a large audience about the Fox Demon Emperor who was so feared that people around him were willing to make sacrifices. The Fox Demon would feed on humans and this heinous act is dreaded.
Su Xiao Huan said that she knew who could defeat the Fox Demon Emperor.
The people asked her with bated breath who can subdue the Fox Demon Emperor.
Su Xiao Huan nonchalantly said that she can, she is a demon slayer.
Immediately the people lost interest and told her that she was a scammer.
Her audience vanished but Xuan Yuan Qing Chuan turned up and told her that they were taking her to the Fox Demon Emperor. She had been selected to be the maidservant of the Fox Demon.
Episode 2
Su Xiao Huan was scrubbed and bathe and made to change into a beautiful dress. Xuan Yuan Qing Chuan was rather gobsmacked when he saw her all cleaned and pretty.
Anyway, he told her that he was the Crown Prince until the Fox Demon Emperor usurped the throne. He assured her that he will protect her from afar. He told her that she must fined the tail hair of the Fox Demon because it is his weak point.
Though Xiao Huan agreed with Qing Chuan, she was clever enough to realise that she could only trust herself, she can’t rely on anyone else.
The Fox Demon Emperor had been looking for the girl in the painting. When he saw Xiao Huan, he knew she was the girl. It looks like she was his bride in another life. He was disappointed when she did not remember him but he told her that he liked her sassy but obedient. Otherwise, he will eat her.
