Zhao Lusi Off to Milan Fashion Week

Zhao Lusi, dressed in Versace from head to foot, has left Shanghai for the Milan Fashion Week through the invitation of Versace.
She is expected to stay in Milan from 19 to 24 September 2023.
Lusi’s entourage includes her stylist, Min Rui, her photographer, Lin Yiling and her bodyguard Qiang Ge and of course, Lusi could not be without two of her besties, Raina, who is also her assistant, and Song Nanxi.
It looks like we are gong to have lots of beautiful and fun photos and vlogs from our Lusi.
Other Chinese celebrities expected to attend the Milan Fashion week are Gong Jun, Zhang Bin Bin and Esther Yu.

Lusi arrived in Milan greeted by Keluli Milan Sector at the airport.
She then went to Milan’s Chinatown and had selfies with adoring fans and passersby.

Lusi had a fun time shopping and trying out sunglasses at Versace. Her visit to the shop was hectic due to the number of fans (Kelulis & passersby) gawking at her every move.

It was the day of the Versace show.
Every Keluli in the know, including myself, have become a keyboard warriors.
We are determined to make the Baby trend.
Well done Kelulis! It was a success!
Zhao Lusi trended in many countries before, during and after the show.
At around 1-2 pm on that day, Lusi can be seen posing in the hotel balcony like a Juliet waiting and looking for her Romeo.
She looked so pretty in her blue Versace dress.
So the anticipation went up a notch for what she was going to wear for the actual show.
Waiting with bated breath. I had signed for reminder from Versace for the livestream of their show.
It was for 7:30 in the evening, Milan time or 6:30pm, London.
Just before 7:00pm, the guests started arriving, including Zhao Lusi.
Everyone was like, ehhh?!!! She was wearing the simple blue dress she was posing in a couple of hours ago.
I was like, where is the haute couture dress that is out of this world?!!! Where is that dress that will show how sultry Zhao Lusi can be?
But then to make sense of this rather underwhelming in its simplicity dress for Lusi, someone announced that her blue dress was the very first dress worn out before its official release through tonight’s fashion show. It is one of the collection of the Versace 2024 Spring and Summer Show and Lusi was now wearing it.
Now it makes sense as I watched the fashion show where many familiar faces can be seen sashaying on the runway. Kendall Jenner was first wearing a dress on the same style as Lusi, Natalia Bryant, the 20 year old daughter of the late Kobe Bryant made her debut, Gigi Hadid was also working the ramp and the supermodel of them all, Claudia Schiffer closed the show.
The collection was indeed very suitable for the spring and summer. Very simple. Very pastel. Many, like what Lusi was wearing, were appropriate and fashionable for work in the office and could get you through a cocktail party in the evening.
It is a Ready To Wear collection which I am sure would be copied and sold cheaper by stores around you.🤣
Lusi was feted. She was seated next to the CEO of Versace, Emmanuel Gintzburger and not far away from John D Idol, the CEO of Capri Holdings, which used to be Michael Kors Holdings. After acquiring Versace, Michael Kors Holdings changed its name to Capri Holdings on 2 January 2019.
Anyway, on the other side of Lusi was a basketball star who apparently was the endorser of Versace sunglasses. Next to him is presumably his other half as they were having a very mild PDA (just holding hands).🤣🤣🤣
Donatella Versace later released a quick video of her mingling with the models and taking photos with them. She also had a photo with Lusi.
Lusi met other celebrities at the show and gamely posed with them.

Lusi, with her friends and entourage, spent the day doing touristy things while proudly, confidently and beautifully dressed in Chinese pants suit. She had a fun time at the Piazza del Duomo feeding pigeons which became rather hairy as the feathered friend was rather too enthusiastic to meet such a gorgeous Lusi.

Lusi and friends were taken to the airport for their flight to Bangkok for her next engagement by her escort provided by Versace.

18 September 2024: Zhao Lusi, fresh from wrapping up her latest project, Love’s Ambition flew to Milan. She arrived at 10:00pm Milan time.
19 September 2024: Lusi was busy with fitting and street fashion shoots with her pooches.
Lusi attended the Versace Milan Fashion Week as a global ambassador together with the other two ambassadors, Kun and Stray Kids’ Hyunjin. Also in attendance were Wang Anyu, Channing Tatum, Heart Evangelista, etc.
She was joined by her two Dachshund dogs, Doe and Dan Dan.
She word the blue dress opposite which was modelled by Gigi Hadid during the actual fashion show.
I have to say that though the collection was for the spring and summer, they look more like for autumn because of the colours and style of the clothes. One thing though, there are all actually wearable as a ready to wear collection.
