Quick Precis

Zhou Quan resigned from his job for another job as a paid househusband looking after his son.

Episode 1

Yin Tao is just getting more beautiful after each dramas.  She plays Che Li, a stay at home mum with the cutest little son, who is spoilt by the grandmother to no end.

Che Li also does a bit of blogging.  She had written a book that was about to be published.  She is married to Zhou Quan who was a bit of a rebel at work.  He is a computer technician.

There was a change in the management and a new manager was brought in who was a bit a stick in the mud.  He expects everyone to do unpaid overtime almost every night.

Anyway, Che Li had long planned for them to have a quick weekend break.  Zhou Quan promised that he would come home early but then at the last minute his new boss announced that everyone had to do an overnight overtime as the North American system had broken down and needed to be fixed ASAP.

Zhou Quan could not really disappoint his family, especially his wife so he stealthily left work to take his family, mother-in-law and all for their long weekend break.

Episode 2

Zhou Quan ended up taking five days off work.  But he was actually working from home because he solves all the programming issues at work by linking with Ding, his mentee at work.

He had to take leave because Che Li had found herself so indemand with the publication of her book.

Episode 3

Zhou Quan was a bit put out when he returned to work because in his absence Ding had been elevated to the keader position.  Ding failed to say that his work was actually was really done by Zhou Quan.

He was then called in the office and was fired.

Episode 4

Che Li assured him that he could take his time looking for another job, a job that he would really like because they could afford to leave on the money she got from her publisher for a least a year.

Zhou Quan was enthusiastic about as he wanted time to bond with their son.  He has now become the househusband, at the moment and incompetent housekeeper.

Episode 5

Zhou Quan was doing his best in becoming a househusband but external factors were making it hard for him.  His mother-in-law was aghast that Zhou Quan would choose to stay at home and leave his employment.  She was also very scatching of house he looks after Ai Wen, her precious grandson.

Also, he noticed that the mothers of Ai Wen’s choolmates look down on him.

Then his own parents found out that he had left his job.
