This should be good!  This drama is a remake of a Japanese dorama starring Keiko Kitagawa.

Another drama to look forward to in 2020. Yey

Episode 1

This is a really decent version of the Japanese story, Ie Uru Onna no Gyakushu.

Anyway, Fang Si Jin was a very professional estate agent manager, who was sent by HQ to evaluate an underperforming little branch in Shanghai.

What Fang Si Jin found when she arrived was the lax and lazy staff.

Zhai Yunxiao at HQ actually sent Fang Si Jun to the little branch in order to take over from Xu Wen Dao, who is a renowned real estate manager but was too nice, he can’t control his staff.  So Fang Si Jun was ordered to make Xu Wen Dao resign.

So at the moment, Fang Si Jin had also become a manager at the same time as Xu Wen Dao at the little branch.

Episode 2

Fang Si Jin moved into a house where a murder took place.  Despite being a fearless woman, she finds the house on the spooky side and felt that someone is watching her everytime she enters her new apartment.

Fang Si JIn was learning the quaint working ethos of her office.

She is really good at her job, she managed to convince a long-time house hunter to buy a rather unusual apartment which Xie Ting Feng, a seasoned agent was unsaleable.

Episode 3

Zhang Cheng Cheng and Xu Wen Dao had just got divorced and they couldn’t be any happier.

Meanwhile, at the office, Fang Si Jin is a dragon and would steal a ‘house’ from the other agents without batting an eyelid.  So the staff was in an uproar.

They did realise that Fang Si Jin can seem to sell any house.

Their buyer Dr Gong Bei Bei and her husband had come to sign the purchase document at the office.  The other party had turned up as well. They were Uncle Yan and Auntie Yan with their son and daughter-in-law.

As they started signing, Mr & Mrs Yan’s son stopped the proceeding and insisted that his wife’s name was also added to the new house deeds.

Xu Wen Dao and Fang Si Jin were not happy about this because if something goes wrong, Mr and Mrs Yan will end up losing their lifetime savings working from their bun stall.

Xu Wen Dao advised Mr and Mrs Yan to pay only half of the house price and get a mortgage for the other half while investing the rest of their money.

Mr and Mrs Yan though insisted to make a one lump sum payment.

After they left, Xu Wen Dao told Fang Si Jin that he does not trust the Yans’ son and daughter-in-law.

Episode 4

Zhai Yunxiao at the head office became more bitter because instead of getting rid of Xu Wen Dao, the boss wanted to create a new department that Xu Wen Dao would be managing.

Yao Feng Lin had been collecting pocket monies from the businesses in the area.  He even used a colleague’s child’s illness to collect donations which most went into his pocket.

Fang Si Jin put a stop to it but not without some controversy.

Yao Feng Lin and Li Da Nian, the sick child’s father, ended up fighting/. One ended up in the hospital while the other one was arrested by the police.

Fang Si Jin was also annoyed that the office is anything but.  People would leave their pets for short period but rather habitually.

It also become a daycare centre.

Episode 5

Xu Wen Dao and the rest of the agents blamed Fang Si Jin for what happened to Yao Feng Lin and Li Da Nian.

She completely ignored them though.

Xu Wen Dao went home early one day and got the shock of his life.  The happy post-divorce cohabitation with his ex-wife came to an abrupt end when he found her in bed with a young guy.

Fang Su Jin had a client who wanted to buy a murder house so she sold him her house on the spot.

Episode 6

Fang Su Jin and Xu Wen Dao ended up sharing the same apartment and when Zhang Cheng Cheng turned up, Xu Wen Dao pretended that he was living with his new lover, Fand Su JIn.

Episode 7

Fang Su Jin was incandescent with rage when she lost a sale of a high end apartment because Lou Shan Guan left a floater on the toilet which stunk the whole place.

Fang Su Jin demanded that Lou Shan Guan be fired.

Xu Wen Dao refused and told Fang Su Jin did something far worst when she started n the company.  She stole a house sale from Wang Zi Jian.

The client, Mr Huang, who bought the murder house came complaining to the agency about the dog poop outside his door every morning.

Episode 8

Xu Wen Dao found out that the estate agency next door was the culprit.
