Episode 1

Zhou Fang was having a prenup photoshoot with her fiance in a very picturesque seaside restaurant/hotel.  She was happy gazing at her husband to be.  She was wearing a beautiful mermaid. fishtail figure-hugging wedding dress which she designed herself.

During the course of the pictorial, her fiance’s phone rung.  He was reluctant to answer it but Zhou Fang insisted as he said it was a recalcitrant client.

She was buying the crew some coffee when she saw her husband to be having a bit of an argument with a girl.

It turned out that he was having an affair with the girl for most of the five years Zhou Fang had been with him.

Zhou Fang slapped him and then she just walked off into the rather deserted scenic highway overlooking the sea.

It so happened that Song LIn was driving in his motorcycle and almost collided with her as she was in the middle of the road.

Instead they both collapsed on the ground.

Song Lin was rather partial to his motorcycle and told her that he will shout her dinner if she helped him push the bike.

During the dinner, she drank too much and she confessed the event of the day.

He would have left her but he felt pity and responsible so he took her to a hotel to sleep and sober up.

Song Lin was actually the CEO of Wan Feng Group and able to ask his assistant to send him his luggage and a car for the following morning.

He told Zhou Fang to drive as he had hurt his arm during the crash from yesterday.

They had not driven very far when the police stopped them.

Zhou Fang’s ex-fiance had reported to the police that she was missing.

Her ex arrived to vouch for her identity but Zhou Fang said she did not know him.

As they were getting out of the police station, Zhou Fang’s best friend arrived.

Qing Qing really beat up the fiance.

Qing Qing tried to cheer Zhou Fang, who said that she was ok but she needed to stop at the office to sign some documents.

Half drunk, she could not believe what happened in her office.   It looked like that bailiff had been in.

Episode 2

Her ex took everything, including shares in her company which was originally funded by her parents.

To add insult to injury, she was being sued by Wang Feng Group for copyright issues.  Apparently her ex had been using the company to copy designs from other brands and then sell them on a knock-off price.

Zhou Fang with Qing Qing tried everything to make Song LIn change his mind but he was determined to get all the companies that had been copying Wang Feng Group fashion ware.  It did not matter that he knew really that it was Zhou Fang’s ex who was behind the plagiarism.

Anyway, Zhou Fang was taken to court and she had to pay Y1.5M fine.

Episode 3

Zhou Fang’s company was in a pretty bad way, she only has a skeleton crew.  But she will not give up.  She worked day and night to meet a deadline.

Luckily she got a bit of a break.  From designing a gown for the wife of a businessman, Fang was able to forge a working relationship with the businessman, who could help her manufacture her design.

If Song Lin was cold, his sister was downright nasty.  She bullied Zhou Feng’s nephew who had come to live with her parents.

Zhou Feng was called at the school about it and so was Song LIn.   They said that they would not see each other again.

Episode 4

Reba and Johnny are gorgeous but the chemistry is not really there yet.  And the story so far is less than exciting.

Anyway, the only interesting bit was Zhou Fang being sent by her mother to go on blind dates otherwise she will not be allowed to come home.  That is a problem because she had to sell her apartment to pay Wan Feng Group.

You would think that she would be a tad upset with Song Lin but no. One call from him in the middle of the night and she was out traipsing to help find his runaway sister as Song Lin was in Japan doing business.

I hope it gets more exciting.

Probably when Luna finds out that Song Lin is starting to show a mild interest in Fang.

Episode 5

This episode is more intriguing and Luna finally lets Fang feel her talons.

There were photos of Fang And Song LIn together and she wanted to check out the woman who seemed to interest Song Lin.

She arranged for Fang to see her.  She told Fang that she was attending an award ceremony and wanted Fang to design her dress.

She gave a rather sketchy design to a dress she wanted to wear.

Anyway, Fang really worked very hard on the dress despite Qing Qing warning her that there was something fishy about Luna wanting her to design her dress right after finding out that her ‘boyfriend’ was seen with Fang.

Fang gave Luna the benefit of the doubt. When she went to see Luna with the dress she made, Song Lin was also there.

She brought out the most horrendous loud yellow gown full of ruching.  It was pretty horrible and Luna did not mince her words..

She told Fang that she would not be seen dead wearing the dress.

Fang promised Luna that she will come up with a dress that would blow her mind off.

Song LIn tried to help Fang by saying that he will design the dress himself if Luna was still not satisfied by other dresses form Fang.

Song LIn later took Fang to calm down. A few days before Fang asked him point-blank if he likes her.  Ye calmly admitted that he likes her but Fang was not interested because she doesn’t want to get involved with someone who has already in the background.

But everyone started really noticing that Song Lin had got it bad for Fang including his sister, Lou Lou who seemed to have taken quite a liking with Fang. Anyway despite liking her, he was honest in his verdict of the horrendous yellow dress. 🙂

Episode 6

Fang moved to a smaller office/showroom more affordable to her current status.

Song Lin saw her inquiring about living spaces.  He noticed that she was down because the prices are horrendously expensive.

So he arranged for a flat overlooking his own and sister to be rented to her at a dirt-cheap price.  She later found out that the new flat was owned by Song Lin.  She wanted to give it back but he was wily.  His condition when she rented was to pay the rent annually and if she moves out she won’t get her money back.  As she was currently penniless, she can’t afford to move out, which making Song Lin smiled gorgeously.

Meanwhile, Luna was using Lou Lou to get to Song Lin but Lou Lou already knows that her brother likes Fang so she supports Fang.

Episode 7

Luna found out that Fang had moved in opposite Song Lin’s flat.  She went to see Fang and told her that if she has any morals at all she would move out within three days and stop enticing Song Lin.

Fang sympathized with Luna as she was still feeling raw from being betrayed by her ex-fiance.  So she was packing her things when Song Lin came to see her.

He once again told her that his relationship with Luna was purely business.  And the most important thing is that Lou Lou needs her for guidance.  He kept telling Fang that the most important thing was Lou Lou needing her.

He did previously told Fang that perhaps being a designer was not her area, probably she could become a nanny.  LOL

Episode 8

The love story between Qing Qing and her toyboy is rather sweet.  Yu Lin is doing everything he can to make sure Qing Qing takes him seriously because she agreed to date him only for three months because she gets bored easily.

Despite Song Lin saying that it was purely business between him and Luna, Fang was not sure because there were photos of the two hugging intimately.

Poor Fang, she does not really know what was going on with Song Lin because he was always seeing her and even told her to bring her designs and samples to his office.
