A Freeloader on a Mega Scale on Filipinos’ Hard Earned Money
Allegedly the girl on the photos below has been living off the P10b pork barrel intended for the Filipino people.
How absolutely appalling! I find this so horrendous and awful as a Filipino living in the UK and seeing how there are fairly stringent laws and procedures against corrupt and misuse of public funding. My husband who is bemused by the pork barrel method thinks that there are so many pigs with their snouts in trough (a British saying, meaning too many people dipping into available money for their own use.)
Those people who fleeced monies from the pork barrel should be made to pay back what they got and be punished severely. Those who jumped on the gravy train must be pushed off.
It is beyond contempt what was done. Apparently to partake a piece of the action, some senators and their cohorts willingly agreed to the creation of bogus non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
The monies which were sorely needed by the majority of Filipinos ( living on the bread line, some in abject poverty) were trickling down and being siphoned off by people who have more money than they need, already but they are always avaricious and power tripping.
Jeanne Lim Napoles, through her corrupt mother – Janet Lim Napoles, lives on largesse of money meant for the masses, parades with so much pride and self aggrandisement. Showing off her self-satisfaction and ego tripping by hobnobbing with pop stars/celebrities. Wearing the most expensive clothes and accessories other people’s money can buy!!!
The girl does not do bargain basement shopping. If it is not designer, she is not interested, well you can’t blame her attitude, she is not really paying for it, 97 Million Filipinos do!!!
Jeanne Lim Napoles, do not have a care in the world, there is always more money where it came from, bugger the poor Filipinos for a Hermes bag.
Filipino children can go and die of poverty as long as she has a new pair of YSL shoes.
Adult and young Filipinos can live a life of illiteracy, young Jeane does not give a damn as long as she is clothed in Chanel.
Filipinos can walk miles and miles in rough terrain everyday of their lives as long as Jeanne is shod in Jimmy Choos.
OFWs can be abused abroad as long as Jeane Lim Napoles and her like can travel in luxury luggaged by Louis Vuitton.
Filipinos can drown in flood water, as long as Jeane Lim Napoles and her likes can fly first class all the way with a chauffeur driven limo ready and waiting at the tarmac.
One thing though, despite the riches she has on hand, she seems to have forgotten to eat. She looks like a stick insect. Probably too busy shopping!!!
Hope this girl will develop a bit of shame and be guilty enough to return all the things she has been enjoying from ill-gotten gains meant for the betterment of her poor compatriots.
But then again Jeanne Lim Napoles is uncompromising. She has a personal motto or mantra “Jeane Napoles

I think listed below is rather different from photos below. This is a blog, by its very nature, informal. I write it the way I speak it.
Another thing, I do not patronise my kapwa Filipinos. I assumed that they are already more or less aware of what is going on; it has been a big news and big issue of misappropriation of a P10B funding for grassroots,etc Filipinos. Therefore, I decided not to explain every minute detail. As the title of the blog alludes to the alledged freeloader, hence, I concetrated on how Jeane apparently lived the life of Riley on Filipinos’ money.

this is a familiar story of how corrupt govt officials connive with private organizations to plunder people’s money. i suggest only three things:
1. abolish PDAF or pork barrels of senators and representatives asap.
2. punish those found guilty by death. the trial should last only 3 months and publicly televised.
3. after proven guilty, confiscate all their wealth down to the last centavo and be donated to dept Education and dept of Health. Because these agencies should have the biggest share to consumate the peoples quick needs.

Percentage of the billions of pork barrel went to whoever senators were on the take whilst the remainder of the monies her company kept. Allegedly this arrangement went on for 10 years!

Senators and congressmen can only release their Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) aka “pork barrel” to Local Government Units (LGUs) or National Government Agencies (NGAs) for a specific purpose or program which these politicians support. It is possible that the LGUs or NGAs then implement the supposed programs by releasing it to Non Government Organizations (NGOs) as the implementing unit. In the end, it depends on how well these parties cover up or how well they can produce accomplishment reports that seem to be legitimate to the higher ups.
If true then it’s every journalist job to exposed them to the world. These atrocities should be stop and all guilty party should be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law. Here’s another corrupt Filipino who stole

Well, not actually “given.” The lawmakers though give the go signal as to where they shall be used. And this is where the private individual may come in. Fictitious projects or partially fulfilled projects. And the rest (read: bulk) of the money is shared among the corrupted and corruptor. Been going for a long time.

Although her face was blurred, I can tell that the physique of the female on TV didn’t match the figure of the female shown on the photographs above. Can anyone shed more light into this? OK, how do we prove or disprove that she’s not using PDAF money for her lifestyle? I’m not defending her, it’s just that it’s not fair bashing on someone just because they’re living an exorbitant life. Just because the Ayalas/Zobels/etc don’t go out in public doing the same thing doesn’t mean the girl shouldn’t.
Because after all, I thought we’re living in a free nation, and we are free men? If something wrong is being done, then we must have at least good proof to support it. I don’t know anything about the Napoles, but at least, I hope, the author of this article might provide links to other news that may point out how the Napoles family is misusing the PDAF allotted to them.

While I agree with your first statement that all the allegations are yet to be proven, I don’t agree that it is not fair to assign some scorn and blame on the daughter. She is an adult and she should know where the money that she squanders and wastes comes from. She cannot feign innocence IF all the allegations made against her mother are true. People would have the right to be indignant and angry against her IF it is true that her mom stole billions from the public coffers.
