This means that drivers do not have to guzzle gallons of coffee on the motorway to keep awake and the even better news that the risk of toilet time-outs is minimised!!!

Brilliant news.

  1. There was an article at the BBC today about coffee being good for the heart. Apparently some tests were carried out amongst thousands of participants from Korea and that coffee has a property that cleans the arteries of fatty deposits such as calcium in the blood which means better for the body’s pumping machine! A few cups each day is good for you apparently according to Korean tests.
But the British Heart Foundation was quick to put a downer to the findings, so do not go overdosing and imbibing coffee just yet. Apparently what works with Koreans may not work with the west, this is a matter of differences in diet.
