I love this poem by Christina Rossetti. It makes me smile in total agreement.
This poem can be interpreted in so many ways, in so many different levels.
We need sunshine as much as rain in our lives. Without rain or pain, we won’t know what is real happiness or the brightness of sunshine. With ugliness, we won’t know real beauty. We need the positives as much as the negatives, but hopefully there will be more positive than the negative. I can do without so much heartache right now! 😉
