It goes to show how terrible the current immigration control here in the UK. Jeane Napoles is currently being sought by the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue for tax-evasion and yet she was able to saunter into the UK as if she was the queen of Sheba.
The UK should revoke Jeane Napoles’ visa immediately so she can be sent home to the Philippines and sort out her several millions tax deficit amounting to around P38,000,000 – Philippine pesos (£13,998.171 British Pound Sterling). I hope she is not allowed to over-stay and live the high life by money-laundering Philippine nation’s missing billions on pork barrels/PDAF? How is she paying for her stay in the UK? She is not allowed to work on a visitor’s visa! Surely her six-months max if up? Or is she in the UK on student visa? She is 23-24 now. She is not studying medicine!

Napoles daughter files counter-affidavit on tax case from London

MANILA, Philippines – A daughter of the main suspect in the pork barrel scam is in London, according to a counter-affidavit she submitted to the Department of Justice on allegations of tax evasion by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
From the United States, Jeane Catherine Lim Napoles, daughter of alleged pork barrel scam queen Janet Lim-Napoles, is now in London as indicated in the counter-affidavit she submitted to the Department of Justice to answer allegations of tax evasion by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Jeane Napoles, daughter of Janet Lim-Napoles, submitted an eight-page counter-affidavit, which she subscribed and sworn to before Consul-General Senen Mangalile of the Philippine Embassy in the United Kingdom.
The young Napoles said the properties that were being reported as belonging to her were actually owned by her parents.
Napoles has been slapped with a complaint for willful attempt to evade or defeat tax and deliberate failure to file return and pay tax for 2011 and 2012 as stated under the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997.
BIR Commissioner Kim Henares said that Napoles was able to acquire a condominium unit at the Ritz Carlton in Los Angeles, California worth P54.73 million; and has a share, equivalent to P1.49 million, in a Bayambang, Pangasinan property purchased in 2012.
However, she said the young Napoles did not file any income tax return (ITR) in 2011 and 2012; nor were there any records of returns filed that will prove that gifts, bequests or devices were given to her.
Jeane Napoles’ tax liability is P32.06 million.
Assistant State Prosecutor Stewart Allan Mariano set the next preliminary investigation on Feb. 18.

This is outrageous if she is here spending corruptly obtained money Pesos to pounds via the seen corrupt Pork Barrel PDAF,which was designated for the needy in the Philippines. Extradite or cancel her visa!
In an ideal world, that might happen but Jeane Napoles with her loot would have spoken to lawyers. She could probably claim asylum in the UK despite money laundering. She will probably take the human rights as her ace card! She would say as soon as she lands back in the Philippines, they would take away her kosher Chanel bags, her Herve Leger & Versace dresses, Louboutin heels, her prada purses, her Christian Dior scarves, her LV suitcases, her Chloe sun glasses, her blings and make up. That is like skinning her alive! Her human right will be abused! 😉
