Omg 120 episodes.  So far it has that Happy Sister vibe, where Kang Hae Jin worked very hard to send her husband to university only for him to do the dirty on her.

Episode 1 – 2

Jing Sang just came out of his compulsory military service, determined to win over his ‘girlfriend, Hae Jin.

At first Hae Jin treated him as a pesky young brother but he was out of control.

She was going for a blind date and to prevent her from doing so, he poured a bucket of dirty water all over her beautiful white dress.

Episode 5

They are now married and she was working in a restaurant while Jing Sang goes to university.

The freedom of university life seemed to get the better of Jing Sang.  From a devoted husband, he had turned into a self-centered man who was rather embarrassed about Hae Jin, who was older and too ordinary for his liking.

When she went to visit him in college, he could not wait for her to go home.  He introduced her to his friends as an older sister rather than his wife.

Meanwhile, rich girl Joo Ri had returned from LA.  She was in a club when she got harassed by a man.

At that same club, Jing Sang was also partying despite promising Hae Jin that he was going to visit her family to pay respect to her father’s memorial.

To discourage her harasser, Joo Ri grabbed Jing Sang and snogged him.

Jing Sang was out of his league.  He kissed the girl and he likes it.

It ended with a drunken Joo Ri who wanted to sleep with him that night.

Episode 6

Hae Jin found out pretty quickly that her husband was up to no good.  She called him on the phone to ask why he was a no show to her father’s memorial.

But Joori answered the phone saying that her honey was taking a shower.

Does Hae Jin berate her husband?  Does she hurt him?  Does she leave him?

Nope, she buried her head in the sand.

From being an ostrich, she chickened out.  She went as far as her husband’s flat and try to confront him with his young new honey but at the last minute she was dithering.

Episode 7

She missed them.  They got away before she arrived.

Episode 28

Joo Ri asked her mother’s advice about having an affair with a married man.  Her mother said that love has no boundary, it afflicts anyone but having said that having an affair is immoral,  you get stoned.

Jin Sang’s sister noticed the intimacy between Jin Sang and Joori.

Episode 29

The sister in law tried to warn Hae Jin about her brother and Joori but Hae Jin was completely oblivious so the sister in law just gave up.

Joo Ri was really scared about being stoned so she tried to cut herself off from JIn Sang.

Jin Sang, however, was calling her non-stop.

So she went to see him and told him that what they are doing would get them stoned.

She left Jin Sang and on the taxi, she did a turn-around to Hae Jin’s restaurant.  She was going to confess everything to Hae Jin.

On the way Joori called JIn Sang to tell him what she was planning to do.

Jin Sang got into a cab and hurried to his wife and mistress.

Joori finally said that Jin Sang and she was in love.

Episode 30-34

Hae Jin was so upset.

Jin Sang took Joo Ri away from his wife and got a slap from Joo Ri, who then left in fury.

Jin Sang went back to his wife and told her that he did go out with Joo Rin on a few platonic dates because she seemed a little unhinged.  He further said that it was a sort of charitable cause for mentally unhinged young women.

After being upset for a few hours, Hae Jin was back to forgiving him and everything went basically to normal.

Dae Go, who was not working at the restaurant, asked Hae Jin why her ‘brother’ was giving her such stress.  Has it something to do with the woman who came to see Hae Jin a few days ago?

Hae Jin said that it has.  Her ‘brother’ was having an affair with the woman but it seemed finished.

Episode 35

Dae Go happened to mention to Hae Jin that the affair is definitely not over.  He saw them being so lovey-dovey entering a motel room at midnight.

Hae Jin at first did not believe it bur realised that her husband is back from being not able to come home at night.

She runs to the motel and saw her husband totally loved up and kissing Joo Ri tenderly.  Telling her that he loved her the most.

Will she finally believe what has been staring her in the face?!!!

Episode 49

Jin Sang started a hunger strike to force Hae Jin to give him a divorce.

Episode 50

Hae Jin finally gave up.  She said she will sign the divorce papers.

Episode 51

Hae Jin and Jin Sang went to court the next day for their divorce.

Jin Sang was discontented that they had to wait for a reconsideration period.  He made Hae Jin not to change her mind.

Hae Jin really had had enough of him and his family. She packed her bag and just left, leaving her daughter to her mother.

Poor Dae Go was not told of her plans and was upset when he found that the restaurant was closed without prior warning.

He had been bombarding Hae Jin’s phone with calls and voicemails but she ignored his calls.

Meanwhile Dae Go’s wife had bullied their son to appear on a morning show with her.

The poor boy was so traumatised by the ferocity of the mental torture she was putting the boy through (like if she and Dae Go divorce then it would be the boy’s fault) as well as the physical beating.  The boy could not take it anymore, he runs away from her in the studio.

Thank goodness he met Hae Jin’s brother who recognised him.

Hae Jin found a job working in another restaurant after a long search.

Hae Jin’s mother was invited to Jung Woon’s house for lunch.  She then met Jin Sang at the house as the fiance of Joo Ri.  Mayhem ensued.

Hae Jin’s mother had a mini-breakdown and thrashed Jin Sang’s house.

I love this episode the most!  LOL

Episode 57

Bae Yoo Ran mentioned an identical mole, just like Joon Hoo, in her son’s neck area.  She made him believe that could only mean one thing.  Joo Hoo was her son’s father was not Dae Go, her husband.

Episode 58

Bae Yoo Ran became more motherly to her son, because he could be her ticket to Joon Hoo’s heart.

Joo Ri started a hunger strike so she got her own way.  Her mother agreed to her marrying Jing Sang.

Joon Hoo plucked a strand of her from Bae Yoo Ran’s son and sent it for DNA testing.

Episode 59

Jin Sang finally met Joo Ri’s mother to discuss the wedding.

Hae Jin got a call from Han Jung Won telling her that her Jin Sang was marrying her sister-in-law that day.

Episode 60

It started very dramatically.  Hae Jin totally humiliated the wedding couple.  After smacking Jin Sang, Hae Jin told the audience that it was a bigamous marriage because her divorce from Jin Sang had not been finalised.  She told the audience that these two were adulterous from the beginning.  Unfortunately, this scene was just a musing from Hae Jin.

She actually found Jin Sang and took him alone to have a talk after she gave him a right hook on his face.

She threw her own wedding ring in front of him. She told him that she does not love him enough to bother creating a scene.  So he can do whatever he likes and they were finally over.

Jin Sang was actually shocked.

Jin Sang married Joo Ri.

Episode 61

Hae Jin, Dae Go and WanGyu (the son) were becoming like a family.

Dae Go and Wangyu encouraged Hae Jin to start a blog about her cooking.

Joon Ho received the result of the DNA.  He was very unlikely to be related to the other testee.  So he was not Bae Yoo Ran’s son’s father.

He told her that he was actually scared that she could be the mother of his son.

Bae Yoo Ran was so humiliated, she took out her anger from her son in front of Hae Jin and then later part was also witnessed by Dae Go.

Dae Go finally had enough and asked Bae Yoo Ran for a divorce.

This time she said to go ahead.

Episode 62

Dae Go and Bae Yoo Ran divorced.

By the way, Jin Bong, Hae Jin’s sister in law had been chasing Chul Jin (Hae Jin’s brother).

Chul Jin told Jin Bong that he was just not into her.

Jin Bong accepted his decision in the end and Chul Jin has that look that he might change his mind.

No, I don’t like Jin Bong to end up with him.  He is more suited to Jung Won (Joon Hoon’s wife).

Chul JIn really felt guilty about Jin Bong.  Thinking that the chicken mascot was Jin Bong, he went to say his apology to it.  But it was not her but a colleague.  I hope Jin Bong and Chul Jin do not end up together.

Poor little girl, the daughter of Jin Sang and Hae Jin was missing her father despite him being so unfit to be a father, husband, son, brother!

Anyway she left a message to her father that she was coming around to see him.  Him, Jin Sang, was currently otherwise engaged with his new wife in their newly furnished bedroom.

She will get a shock because she did not know that her father has a new wife, she did not even know that he had divorced her mother.

Episode 64

Poor little girl was traumatised.  She found her father in the bedroom with a woman other than her mother.

Jin Sang and Hae Jin are officially divorced.

Jin Bong and Kang Chul Jin are officially going out.  Nooo

This episode is rather cute.  Hae Jin and Dae Go were finally seeing each other in a different light after young GW telling them that they should get married and then when they said that it was impossible as they don’t see each other that way, the boy just kept asking why!

Then Hae Jin said that you usually marry someone who would make your heart race.

And then it happened, she was uploading something in her new cooking website when Dae Go came into the kitchen.  He saw that her recipe photo was not sharp enough so he showed her to make it so.  He got so close to her and she started feeling her heart beating rather fast.  Awww

Episode 73

Hae Jin gave her notice to leave her housekeeper job with Dae Go.

Joo Ri and Jin Bong had a hair-pulling fight because Joo Ri refused to do the traditional household chores as a daughter in law.

Episode 74

Joo Ri got upset when Jin Sang did not support her against his family.  She went back home to her mother.

Joon Ho and Jung Won had dinner at Dae Go and Yoo Ran’s house.

Joon Ho finally realised that Jung Won might be aware of his affair with Yoo Ran.

Hae Jin witnessed Joon Ho and Yoo Ran having the conversation confirming that they were having an affair.

Episode 75

Yu Ran texted both Dao Go and Jung Won to turn up in her lovenest with Joon Hoo.

Jung Won, having known of the address and what the place was used for, stopped mid-way and decided not to push through confronting her husband with Yoo Ran.

Dao Go, who was clueless turned up.  At first he told Yoo Ran that he does not even care whether she kept a boyfriend or not and was about to go when Yoo Ran baited him telling him that he might want to know who was the shaking man under the cover of a broadsheet newspaper.

DaoGo found out that it was his best friend Joon Ho.  He said that they are no longer best friends, if they had even been even friends before.

But Yu Ran was not finished.

She told Dae Go that he was so clueless, he was the last one to know.  He was always on his third-script, he did not know that was going on under his nose.

Even ahjumma knew (meaning Hae Jin).  This really shocked Dae Go.

How could Hae Jin became complicit in deceiving him.

As soon as he got home, he through Hae Jin out.

Episode 77

The next time Dae Go and Yu Ran met was to finalise their divorce.

Hae Jin’s mother and brother suprised her with the return of her pork chop cutlets restaurant.  They said that they had to mortgage their house and her brother took a loan to buy the restaurant for her.

Hae Jin’s said she did not know what to say as she was so overwhelmed.

They told her that she had to work really hard because she had to pay them back.

Meanwhile, Hae Jin’s brother finally found out that his girlfriend was none other than the sister of the person he hated the most, Jing San.  Hae Jin’s ex-husband.

Hae Jin was excited to start her new restaurant but she got a call from Gwang Ju, Dae Go’s son. She was told that Dae Go broke his laptop and threw his script for Want to Taste in the trash can. So Hae Jin spent some time sorting through rubbish to find the script.  She found it.

Episode 78

Chul Jin spent some time having a melt down.  He was really upset what fate had dealt him, fell in love with the sister of the man who made Hae Jin’s life so miserable and pathetic.

Chul Jin finally told Jing Bong why they had to break up.

Meanwhile, to get away for a bit, Dae Go took Gwang Ju to see his grandparents.

Dae Go confess that he had divorced Yu Ran.

His parents were not too upset especially his mother who said that she had never like YuRan.  Yu Ran did not even pretend to like her in-laws.

Later that night, Dae Go’s mother found him drinking beer and looking rather sad and stressed.

His mother asked him if he was really upset about the divorce, he was looking scrawny.

Dae Go was surprised into saying that he was thinking of someone else.  What happened lately to him had diven her away and he does not know what to do.

His mother smiled and said it looked like you have faller for her.

Dae Go was in wonder.

Meanwhile, Hae Jin was also almost having the same scenario with her brother.  She gave him the script she picked from the trash outside Dae Go’s apartment.

Her brother, who was a director as Joon Won’s company had a look at the script and was surprised to find that it was Dae Go’s.  He was also surprised how his sister was full of good sentiments regarding Dae Go.  He teased her that she like Dae Go.

Hae Jin was left stunned of this realisation.

Episode 79

This episode is so cute.  How can you resist such romantic proposal of “Will you let me eat your pork cutlets for the rest of my life?”

Yes, Dae Go finally went to see Hae Jin and confessed almost word for word the ending she wanted in his script based on her life.

Her brother, became their matchmaker.  Probably thinking that his noona needed a new start with a better man like Dae Go.

Meanwhile, Yu Ran was going mental when she was being taken fro granted by Joon Won.  She wanted him to get a divorce as well, just like her.

But he said to her dismissively that he had never own any cheap.  Poor Yu Ran.  She deserved it, she actively chased a married man.

Bae Yu Ran was so livid with how Joon Hoo was ignoring her, she went to his house to tell Jun Woo that she was Joon Hoo’s mistress and the love of his life.

Jun Woo was very calm and told her that she had never held back Joon Hoo.  He was staying married to her because that was what he wanted.

Bae Yu Ran can’t really answer this and then Joon Ho arrived and dragged Yu Ran and literally threw her out in the street.

Meanwhile, Hae Jin and Dae Go had made it official that they were dating.

Episode 82

Oh no, the last thing that I wanted to happen, happened. Jin Bong is pregnant!

Jin Sang started to rue ever divorcing Hae Jin.  He went drinking after seeing Hae JIn being so happy with Dae Go.

Jin Sang would regret it even more because his young wife had unwittingly got herself intoa start of an affair with a gorgeous man.

The family finaly found out that Jin Bong was pregnant by Chul Jin.  She started bleeding and end up in the hospital.

She was ok though. She was still pregnant, sad and still annoying because she still a persona non grata with Chul JIn’s mom, who said to her son that if he marries Jin Bong. She will kill herself.

Joo Ri’s got found out that she was seeing another man behind Jin Sang#’s back.

Bae Yo Ran was made homeless by Jung Won so she forced herself again at Dae Go’s house.

Hae Jin found out that Yo Ran was leaving with Dae Go again.  She was obviously sad but promptly believed Dae Go that she was the only woman in his heart.

Hae Jin’s daughter creating conflict between Joo Ri and Jin Sang.  It got to the point where Jin Sang told her that she seduced him from his happy family.

Hae Jin was doing everything to convince her mother to accept Jin Bong to the family but her mother would not budge.

Jin Bong’s father went to kneel in front of Hae Jin’s mother to change her mind but she poured a bucket of water on his head.

Meanwhile, Jung Won was starting to formulate a plan on how to take revenge on her husband.  Go Jung Woo!

Episode 110

Dae Go (and Gwang Ju) asked Hae Jin to marry him.  But Hae Jin turned him down for now saying that though she loves Dae Go and Gwang Ju, she has her daughter to consider.

A very disappointed Dae Go agreed.

Meanwhile, CEO Joon Hoo went back to his old ways. He went looking for Bae Yo Ran and slept with her again.

Episode 111

Yo Ran sent a selfie of her and CEO Joon Hoo in bed together to Jung Woo.

Jung Woo was obviously upset and asked her husband to kneel before her to ask her forgiveness.

He refused and told her that he was ready to accept any decision she might like, including divorce.

Jung Woo learned from her father the Joon Hoo had refused a big investment to his company.  So for now Jung Woo’s plan to take over the company was on hold.

Meanwhile, Hae Jin’s daughter felt really sorry for her father and had begged Hae Jin to forgive him and get back together.

Hae Jin said that at the moment she could not forgive Jin Sang.

Episode 113

This episode is full of surprises.  First Jin Sang is Hae Jin’s manager.  Jin Sang is a new man.  He was clever at his work and hard-working.  He found his mettle as the writer would have us thing.  Really!!!  I have to say though that Jin Sang is looking dapper and really fanciable in his suit.  Gorgeous actor Seo Ha Joon is.

Doesn’t Hae Jin think how handsome her ex-husband had become?  LOL

Anyway, the shocker was Bae Yu Ran committed suicide by jumping off her balcony.  If this is for real of another imagination of someone can’t be confirmed because there is no trailer for the next episode.

Episode 114

Hae Jin’s mon is always flirting with old man Jing Sang’s dad.  I hope they don’t end up together because that would be so wrong. Hope she marries her boss instead.  He seemed decent and with lots of money.

Bae Yu Ran was not dead. She did not commit suicide.  It was just a dream by Dae Go.

But they again, she was really upset so she called Jing Sang and told him to send her off in the morning as she was going away, far far away.  She can only rely on him as she had no family anymore. Her parents are gone and she was divorced from her husband.

Jing Sang got worried with the tone of Bae Yu Ran’s message so he went to see her and found her suicide note, telling him that since she was basically all alone in this world, she was leaving him her officetel/apartment and could he send her off. He can find her in the red car just across the building.

And sure enough, he found her inside the car where she lit a carbon monoxide thingy.

Jing Sang removed her lifeless body from the car.

Episode 115

Again, no Bae Yu Ran is not dead, yet.

Jing Sang was able to get her into a hospital and was not under sedation or whatever.

Jing Sang has turned into a new man.  Very fanciable.  All the girls in the office fancied him.

And even Hae Jin was looking at him differently.  She started remembering the good times when he started singing during a group dinner.

Dae Go noticed as well the way Hae Jin was nostalgically looking at Jing Sang.

To be honest Jing Sang is looking good.  And he has more chemistry with Hae Jin than with Dae Go.

How will this drama end?  Not long now!

Episode 116

Jing Sang and Dae Go were competing for Hae Jin’s affection.

Bae Yu Ran came out of her coma and was so annoyed of being still alive that she was creating mayhem at the hospital.

Jing Sang found Yu Ran’s phone and called Gwangju and then asked to speak to Gwangju’s dad, who happened to be, of course, Dae Go.

Episode 124

Bae Yu Ran ended up in prison after trying to run over Hae Jin but crashed into Jin Sang instead who came to rescue Hae Jin when he saw the car going for her.

Jin Sang was in the hospital for a while and Hae Jin was on a vigil beside him.

Meanwhile poor Dae Go just looked on as Hae Jin cared for Jin Sang.

One year later…

Jin Sang went to see his father to tell him that he had resigned from his job.

His father was so upset as Jin Sang seemed to be back to his old ways.

But Jin Sang said that was not the case as he tried to explain between evading his father’s beating that he had passed the civil servant exam and he was now a seventh-grade civil servant.  His father’s beating was replaced by pride.

He told his father that he had to stay at the company to make sure that Hae Jin was settled in.

Hae Jin was setting the table for dinner as her mother’s house.  Her mother was busy caring for her grandson.  Hae Jin told her daughter to phone her father to tell him it was dinner time.

Then in walk Dae Go and Gwang Ju who were now a welcome part of the family.  Dae Go and Hae Jin are now married and her daughter had accepted him and was fond of him that she calls him ‘dad’.

Jung Won visited Jung Joon Hoo who was now back from NYC.  Jung Won presented her husband with divorce papers saying that she returned all the shares back to his stepmother and Yuri.

Jung Won then left him.  A gorgeous man was waiting for her outside. She had got a happy ending as well.

As for Jung Joon Hoo, he was in a sorry state as his stepmother did not want anything to do with him for now.

And Jin Sang had a happy ending as well, JooRi returned and told him that she had divorced her husband who was heavily into debt and gambling.  She wanted to start over with Hunni once again.

Hunni, seeing that Hae Jin was always so loved up with Dae Go, held Joori’s hand and walked off into their future.
