Quick Precis
A family in crisis! A young mother died and working on reincarnation but found that her husband had remarried.
I have to admit that I did not really watch this drama. I only watch the last episode and fast-forwarded it to the very end.
Well, I gathered that YuRi was given a chance to return to the living world and to see her family after her sudden death a few years ago.
She returned to a husband who had remarried so he could give a proper home, mother and a family life to his baby daughter.
Yuri could live in the world again if she can slot back into her previous life. This would have been quite easy as her husband adored her.
However, the years she was gone changed the course of everyone’s life nearest and dearest to her.
Her husband did not notice it himself that he had become accustomed to his current life and had actually fallen in love with her.
Therefore, his total connection with Yuri had been severed. They were awkward with one another. Though he would always love Yuri, there was also now a room for his current wife in his heart.
The current wife is a good woman who adored her stepdaughter and treated her like her own. The stepdaughter adored her stepmother in return.
Having found this out Yuri started to say goodbye to everyone nearest and dearest to her including her mother.
She even said goodbye to Oh MIng Jung, her husband’s current wife.
When Oh MIng Jung asked if she could stay?
Yuri unselflessly said that no she had to leave. She could not tell MIng Jung that in order for her to be able to live, Ming Jung had to make way for her to be with her husband and child again as a family.
So Yuri died a second time.
And her husband and daughter she left behind lived well and happily without her.
So what is the point of this drama? It is annoying, sad, and in the end, it does not matter. That is really the gist of this story.
It seems when you are dead, you are better off dead. Because in the end you do not matter, you have lost your place in everyone else’s life.
The one who seemed to have truly loved Yuri was her mother. She was the saddest to see her die the second time around.
As they say in Facebook, you can change husband, you can have more children but you can neither change nor have more parents. LOL
Moral of the story: Be kind to your parents and stop watching rubbish Kdrama like this!
