Episode 1

Someone started a rumour that marrying anyone of the Fu sisters will lead him to become the next emperor.

This rumour was trending that it even became a popular rhyme amongst children.

The Fu sisters Yu Zhan and Jin Zhan heard the children singing this.

Yu Zhan gave money to a woman to stop the children singing the rhyme but Jin Zhan was not bothered.

Jin Zhan was the younger of the two sisters, she is good at martial arts and she thought she was an upholder of justice which always gets her into trouble and it was always up to Yu Zhan to get it out of it.

The marriage to the Fu sisters became legendary that even neighbouring empires had heard of it including a Prince Cheng of whatever.  LOL

Anyway, the current Emperor ordered his crown prince Xue Rong to deliver one of the sisters to Prince Cheng.  He secretly told Xue Rong to make the Fu sister to kill Prince Cheng on the wedding night and the Xue Rong had to kill her afterwards.

Not knowing of the letter plot, Jin Zhan and Yu Zhan fought over who was to go.  Jin Zhan said that she should go because she knows martial arts and can kill and defend herself.

Yu Zhan said that Jin Zhan was too immature and easily ired so she should go to use her cunning.

It was a stalemate; in the end they decided to make a contest out of it.  The one who could take the scent pouch out of Prince Xue Rong waist will be the winner.

In the end, Yu Zhan asked the prince for the pouch and willingly gave it to her.

As the winner, she was surprised to find that Jn Zhan had gone ahead to meet Prince Cheng in a bridal gown.

This first episode is very promising but I wish the second female lead should tone down her character a bit because she is bordering on the annoying.
