Episode 1

Ye Xiao Bai is an intern at Fengsheng, a banking securities company.  She is really good at her job, very sharp.  Her competence was noticed by the office of Director Guan Yi He, the Demon Boss.

Guan Yi He needed a temporary replacement for Maggie at his office.  Maggie had to take a leave of absence because she had a miscarriage.

Guan Yi He was told that a certain young lady at Mary Zhang’s office is very promising.

They had to rethink the idea because at that moment there was a bit of scandal that was unravelling at the office.

Xiao Bai was sought by a woman who told her that she was about to marry Sun Yan.

Sun Yan was Xiao Bai’s boyfriend of five years who she hoped to marry.

Xiao Bai was so upset especially when the whole office saw what was happening. They thought she was a mistress.

Xiao Bai tried to calm down and went to the stock room.  She did not know that the room was already occupied by the Demon Boss.

He heard her resolve that she will not shed another tear on her jerk of a boyfriend.

But he saw her cried again when he had to bring her home after she mistakenly got to the back of his car thinking that it was her uber.

He helped her home but told her that perhaps he does not need her assistance anymore because he wanted someone reliable and does not have a temper tantrum.

Episode 2

Guan Yi He gave her a second chance but she almost ruined by taking a personal call from her mother when she was supposed to be meeting him.

But he did give her another chance and allowed her to go to Hunan for a fruit project with him and Gao Shan.
