Episode 1

Totally recommend this drama which is currently available on Netflix.  The violence is a little on the high side but the script needed it.

Gi Beom is a police detective who was one of the team that guards the witness for the corrupt Go Yung Dok.

Gi Beom was just arriving at the safe house when he noticed that something was amiss. The witnesses were gone and so were his colleagues.

Because of the lack of witnesses during Go Yung Dok’s trial, it was dismissed.

Gi Beom could not just let this go so he gatecrashed a party for Go Yung Dok and he made a fuss.

He was warned by his chief to stop playing up.

Though super annoyed he was happy to go home to his wife.  He bought her bunches of flowers.  He immediately noticed the open door to their apartment.  When he got in, his wife was lying in a pool of blood.

Before he knew it, he was being beaten up by masked men.  When he came to, he can’t see because his eyes had been gorged out.

And to add insult to injury, he was accused of killing his wife.

He was sent to prison.

Episode 2

Rugal’s first mission was to steal the money off Argos.

Episode 3

Gi Beom went against the rules of Rugal and turned renegade to fight with Hwang Deuk Goo alone.

This was rather a stressful episode.  Gi Beom had all the chance to kill Hwang Deuk Goo but he took his time then lost it because Rugal finally caught with him and turned off his eyes.

He had gone blind.  Hr was saved by a coming police car but they were actually there to pick Hwang Deuk Goo.

Episode 9

Seriously, this drama is becoming a victim of its genre.  To create thrill and action, it had become totally devoid of logic and common sense.

The team has numerous times to kill Argos’s bosses but do they take the chance?  No!!!

Episode 10

Gi Beom’s eyes are taking over him through mind control.

They went to raid an Argos’ underground warehouse and found people hanging to their death but no sign of the microwave I ordered on the 12 of April 2021. It is now the 19th.  Oops I got carried away there.  I am really waiting for a Panasonic microwave from Argos. LOL

Anyway, Lee Gwang Chul rescued a girl from a doctor in the underground.  Despite being advised by the team to leave the girl be as the police were about to arrive, he insisted to help her get out and then he went a bit further by bringing her to Rugal HQ to get Bradley to remove the microchip embedded to her right temple by Argos.

Choi Ye Won found Gi Beom.  She told him that she knew who he was.

She told him that she was not too shocked that he was after Argos.

She then told him to get rid of Hwang Deok Goo.

There is something about Sul Min Joon that is strange.  He is a deep undercover agent for the police but got found out and given a surgery by Argos.

But there is something in his face that is very ambiguous. It looks like he was not totally controlled by Argos.

Episode 11

Hwang Deok Goo forced Gi Beom to surrender himself and he did to save Rugal.

I was right Sul Min Joon was still working as a deep undercover agent and was able to save Gi Beom when his situation became hopeless.

In the end, Sul min Joon was overpowered by Hwang Deok Goo.
