Episode 1

Xia Zhi, Ye Xiao Niao and Lin Mei Ji all worked in the same design/architectural company.

Xia Zhi was a designer but she was never tasked with projects nearing a design.  She was looked down upon for being a woman and suffers from sexual harassment especially from one of her male bosses.

It came to a head when the boss followed her in the ladies toilet and would not take no for an answer.
