Episode 1
Huoyan was driving along a motorway when suddenly everything stopped. Traffic was overhead just by the mouth of a tunnel.
He got out of his car to enquire about the delay when people started running out of the tunnel followed by smoke.
Huoyan instead of moving away, went into the tunnel and found a car with an injured unconscious driver with a very pregnant woman in the passenger seat.
He tried to move the woman but she started to feel faint. He called the hospital to report the situation and spoke to a young doctor who happens to be Yan Lan.
From afar, Yan Lan diagnosed the woman as being diabetic. She asked Huoyan to look for a diabetic kit.
She did not have to tell Huoyan how to use the kit as he said he knew.
Yan Lan got to the tunnel where the woman gave birth.
Though she and Huoyan were in the same underpass tunnel, they did not really meet face to face. She liked the way he calmed the panicking pregnant woman before she got to the tunnel. She heard Huoyan telling the woman that his mother was pregnant, she wanted a baby girl. Instead, she got a chubby baby boy who she used to dress up like a girl.
She likes him without seeing him but when she saw him she was unreasonable.
She was trying to get a limited edition box by throwing hoops. But failed horrendously.
Then a gorgeous man walked in and paid for hoops to throw. He was spot on, he immediately got the limited edition box and another which his mother begged him to get for her.
Yan Lan went to Huoyan and asked if she could buy the limited edition box because it was important to her.
Huoyan said the box was important to him too and because he was a kind guy, he gave her one of the boxes. He was about to go when Yan Lan harassed him, not satisfied with her freebie.
She started calling him all names. Seriously, you could slap her. And she played a doctor?!!!
It turned out this annoying girl is the crush of LuoJie who immediately developed an uneasy working relationship with Huoyan who was made the vice-captain of the fire rescue unit.
Please Luojie, marry Yanlan and move to Timbuktu already!!! 😜😜😜
