Episode 1
the story starts with zeng li as a librarian. she likes to be surrounded by books.
later she goes to the cafe which a group of 4 friends are handling- a doctor, duo duo, a live streamer and herself
when she reaches home her mom starts wondering why she has always been single and wants her to wear braces
this is when she sees duo duo and ai jing chu breaking up and misunderstands him.
heading back, she bumps into a scammer granny when ai jing chu helps to save her life.
she tries all ways to not meet ai jing chu but he anywayshe becomes her dentist.
but im really wondering why dont we have even a single handsome doctor in our country ??
Episode 2
zeng li attends class for duo duo as she needs the attendance ,but teacher wang is replaced by ai jing chu… okay im done 😩 how in the world can there be so many coincidences? destiny bullshit lol
later he treats her as a friend as he remembers her and gives her food
meanwhile yi yi just broke up with a guy cuz he thought she was too clingy… almost every single guy ugh
zeng li writes a novel for fun and it becomes a hit
later they go on a meal date with her brother (im pretty sure he’s gonna be together with yi yi)
zeng li later goes to get her braces on when they leave a good impression on each other

the doctor meets a super cute guy on the road while playing games A MEET CUTE!!!
the 3 girls go on a date again to eat and zeng li keeps saying “ai jing chu said” lololol
she fixes a date with yi yi to go to the hot spring hotel but is dumped
this is when ai jing chu picks her up, she turns on the radio and they play horror stories shes scared to death
the doctor and cute dude meat again and he is SO DAMN clingy… and has so many questions

she reaches the hotel and when she goes to find doctor ai. while she gets him back there is no room left (the classic) so she takes him in hers
she struggles to sleep and he scares her making her sleep
yi yi and hao ran eat junk with loads of calories and she goes to pray for her dad’s well being when she also prays for a happy relationship and meets her ideal man
meanwhile ai jing chu is exposed when zeng li asks him to do surgery for a kid
they are caught up in alot of rumours

dou dou wants zeng li to remove her love lock for her and this time she figures out it wasnt ai jing chu who was the ex boyfriend lololol
yi cheng keeps sending wu ying food everyday without giving up

after heading back home ai jing chu comes to the library to see zeng li
but he gets to know that she has gone to a blind date from her friend and stalks her and acts as if its a coincidence lmao

the doctor and cute student meet a doctor and figure out they play the same video game and honestly the tring tring sound of the start of the game is so damn addictive

ma yiyi gets sheng ming to go on a dinner date with her and things were going along really well untill he recieved a phone call (probably his ex)
he left saying he was busy leaving yi yi disappointed

they go on a double date on new years eve and the girls win in archery

when zeng li finds out the kiss after watching the footage she is confused as hell but becomes his gf cuz of an annoying schoolmate
yiyi keeps turning on and off the leds thinking of that a$$hole and the doctor smiles at the cutie

she has had a traumatic past but yu er was the one who stayed and supported her so she liked him and maybe has waited for him to come back all this while
and now….. he really is back
and whats worse i think he is ai jing chu’s best friend
okay shit damn… they both like the same girl and even worse yu er asks ai jing chu for help
yiyi and hao ran are having a happy breakup celebration and i can relate to yiyi alot and i have a guy like hao ran in my life too but ah nvm
wu ying and cutie: he puts in alot of effort she still keeps pushing him away and even more the dumb as$ doctor who likes her forces him to stop liking her
ai jing chu knows the novel is written by zeng li and knows that all the childhood stories are real but he is worried wheather the guy yu er is real too

okay cool……..when they met he figured it all out the story, her and yu er
and now hes third wheeling them on their date. guys i cant do this anymore this is too heartbreaking
one side wu ying not picking cutie and other side zeng li and then me living my single life with no men after me to “chose”

wu ying is pregnant. and she wants to abort the baby just cuz it will disturb her life plan and she thinks cutie is not responsible or old enough to be a dad.

zeng li’s mom meets ai jing chu. he clears all the misunderstandings and gets her approval

later wu ying gets married and she decides to keep the baby
ai jing chu follows the plotline of zeng li’s novel and proposes to her
the drama ends with a kiss and many real people talking about their relationships

I liked the drama until they started insulting Africa. That was all it took for this drama to become tasteless to me.
I did really enjoyed watching this drama but there is something that made me nearly stopped watching this drama, how the director and the sprict writer made Zeng li reacted to Dr. Ai going to Africa wasn’t necessary, they made it seem like there are only animals who live in Africa and I found it very disrespectful to those who live in Africa!!!!!!
yes i totally agree but everyone slips out a word or two that offends others right? and this drama is really good exept for that. i love all the sweet on dramas by iqiyi tell me your most favorite one. also pls keep supporting us by reading and comment more often it is a really nice encouragement for us 🥰
