Episode 1
The precis of this drama sounds like a bit like Reset where Beixing goes back and forth in time.
The first episode is interesting. Karlina looks and as bouncy as schoolgirl when the actress is already in her early thirties.
The drama started with a boy Zhang Wansen falling to his death from a lighthouse.
Then at present time, 2021.
Beixing was looking forward to her wedding to Zhan Yu after dating for the last eight years. But just days before the wedding, he dumped her.
Beixing though tried everything and every ways to change his mind including bombarding him with text messages but he was resolute in his decision.
Beixing, however, did not have the heart to tell her parents of her canceled wedding. She just sulked in her room after work. The nature of her job was rather a soul-destroying as she was a bear mascot in a park. Most of the time she ends up in the ground after being pushed around by rather enthusiastic children.
She once again tried to change Zhan Yu’s mind about breaking up with her but he just ignored her and told her to get out of his face.
She got drunk and went to the seaside and started shouting her troubles when a fisherman told her that it looks like she had just broken up with her boyfriend but he said that there is a whole world out there.
She asked the mysterious fisherman where the whole world was. She was told that it was behind her, in her past. She looked behind her and when she turned around he was gone but he left her his fishing rod and bucket as he advised her to go fishing.
Anyway, she went home and took her old school uniform. She texted Zhan Yu that she was going to their old school the next day as part of their prenup photoshoot. She said that if does not show up they were really over.
She then saw her old mobile phone which miraculously the battery is still working🤣🤣🤣. She turned it on and saw some messages. She deleted a message from Zhan Yu.
The next thing, she was on her way to school in her uniform. She waited for Zhan Yu for ages and then when she saw him, he told her to stop harassing him.
She was defeated and sat down on the perron when it started raining. Suddenly she noticed that an umbrella was held over her by a boy she hardly knew. It was Zhang Wansen.
She then went back to the present.
Zhan Yu came to her house with her bits and pieces in their break up box. He told her to tell her parents the wedding is off.
She said why did he show up at the school.
He said he never saw her in the afternoon and he had thrown away his school uniform a long time ago.
She then began to realise that she had gone back in time but coincidentally her brother was watching a documentary on time travel which it said that it was humanly impossible but in a wormhole, it was possible to go into a parallel universe where your present life is not changed because it was another universe.
She knew how to get into the past but was still not sure how to get back at present time.
Episode 2
In her travel back and forth, Beixing had learned to get over Zhanyu. At the same time, she became friends with Zhang Wansen.
She was excited to go back because she wanted to retake the NCEE. She got hold of the answer sheet for 2010 and memorised it.
She traveled several times and finally realised that it was the death of Zhang Wansen that was sending her back to the present time.
She tried to go back again but deleting the text does not work anymore.
Episode 3
She met the fisherman once again. He told her that her present and past are connected. He advised that she should just go fishing.
She went to see the restaurant where Zhanyu was bringing his new girlfriend. She was shocked when it turned out to be her best friend Tengteng.
Episode 4
Bei Xing was not as friendly to Tengteng anymore. Instead, her best friend was now Yang Chaoyang.
Bei Xing is obsessing in transferring to Class 1 so she could protect Zhang Wansen. She even went to Mai Zi to warm him off bullying Zhang Wansen.
Mai Zi told Beixing to tell Wansen to meet up. When Bei Xing asked the nature of the meeting, Mai Zi told him it is about elephant toothpaste.
Bei Xing met Gao Ge, the punk daughter of the principal. She was curious about her because she seemed closed to Zhang Wansen.
Now that Beixing is not always following Zhanyu, Zhanyu started noticing her.
Beixing had a competition with Mai Xi on making elephant toothpaste,
It turned out Mai Xi just really wanted to impress Gao Ge rather than beat up Wansen.
Zhanyu was talking to Beixing.
Wansen saw them and he got rather jealous.
Episode 5 (Red Light Green Light)
Zhang Wansen is the most intelligent student in their year and he would often deliver speeches.
So cute. Wansen is crushing on Beixing but she was matching him with other girls which irritates him.
Beixing told him that Wansen had to be friendly with other girls aside from ‘Gao Ge so Mai Xi, who has a massive crush on Gao Ge does not target him.
Poor Gao Ge often play up at school so she gets some attention from her father who was always to busy being the principal.
Poor Yang Chaoyang was being blamed for breaking the windows of the Class 1 room, because of it Class 9 had to exchange rooms with Class 1.
In the end, it was found that Mai Zi was the one who smashed the window.
Meanwhile, Zhanyu is becoming obsessed with Beixing now that she ignores him.
The principal was rather kind to Mai Zi. He would not take the money Mai Zi gave him but told him to clean up in the garden instead.

This drama developed a cult following. It had become popular that the producers are now in talk of bringing back the main leads for a second series.
