We watched this film tonight and had so much fun with it. The acting is good, the pacing is good and the script is good. The comedy is spot on.
i can highly recommend it.
The story is about of team who were task to carry out a survellance to some drug runners. So Chief Go with his team made up of Jang Yeon Soo, Ma Bong Pal, Kim Young Ho and Kim Jae Hon stayed in a chicken restaurant to keep watch of their target from the opposite building to the chicken restaurant.
Unfortunately, the restaurant owner said that he had to close the eatery because he was not making any money.
Chief Go with his team decided to buy the restaurant. Chief Go used his retirement fund.
Anyway, Ma Bong Pal developed a perfect recipe for a chicken dish which became a hit.
It was such a hit that people queued to get in. Unfortunately because they got so busy, they failed to noticed that they target had left the building.
It got worst, because a television team wanted to feature them in a documentary but of course them team had to decline as they were really working undercove.
The tv team did a feature on them anyway and found out that the chicken restaurant was buying fried chicken from other chicken restaurant and then passing it as their own.
So the team lost teir target and their money from the restaurant.
But a drug lord Lee Mo Bai contacted the chicken restaurant to create an affiliate with them. The team did not know at first that Mo Bai will be using the takeaway service of the restaurant to deliver drugs. He worked with Ted Chang to facilitate the transfer of drugs.
But of course it was only a matter of time that Chief Go and his team found out about the drug dealing.
This film is very funny and ended up well.
Chief Go and team solved a major drug bust and they all got promoted in the end.
