I discovered this gem of a mini-drama on Youtube. If you want to watch it (which I recommend that you should), the link is above.
I was blown away by the chemistry of the newbie leads, they are adorable or likable especially the male lead who reminds me of Dai Gao Zheng.
The story is a time loop.
Bai Jing is a secretary to Jin Shi An who is the CEO of New World which is an IT company. Jin Shi An and Bai Jing went to the same university but really did not know one another.
Bai Jing also studied Computer Science but opted to work as a Secretary to Jin Shi An just to see how a genius works as he was famous in the university.
Well, she got more than she wished. She worked like a horse she did not have a life outside of her career.
It was the 20th of May, she was woken by the ringing of her phone. Her boss was calling her to remind her to get him crepes for breakfast.
She knew he was very exacting so she hurried to get the crepes but bumped into her boyfriend who was unrepentant when he dumped her for her best friend. He told her that she drove him to find solace somewhere else because she was never around. She was always working.
Though she did not want to get back with her boyfriend, she realised that he was right so she decided to tender her resignation and get a life.
But before she could give her resignation letter, something weird happened.
She woke up the next morning realising that it was again the 20th of May and what occurred the other day was happening again.
