Episode 5

It was the trial of Ma Ju Seok for murder.  The Counter gang attended of course for moral support while Hwang Pil Gwang and Gelly Berherd were avid spectators.

The trial did not go well because Ma Ju Seok was already possessed by an evil spirit so he admitted that if he could do it again he would still kill his victim.

Hwang Pil Gwang knew immediately that Ma Ju Seok is one of them. He realised that if Ma Ju ‘Seok fully accept his fate, he will be truly special.

Na Jeok Bong arrived at the most inopportune moment when the team was discussing what happened at the trial.  Instead of a warm welcome, Ga Mo Tak scolded the surprised Na Jeok Bong.

Meanwhile, in prison, Ma Ju Seok is possessed by  ‘My Precious – Golam’ from the Hobbit.  Hwang Pil Gwang made it a point to visit him often in prison.

Hana went on a date with her high school crush who she found had looked after her four years ago while she was in a coma.

So Moon was visiting prison when he saw Ma Ju Seok jump the gate which is inhumanly impossible.  He then saw Ma Ju Seok’s eyes glowing.  So Moon knew that Ma Ju Seok was possessed by evil.

Episode 6 – 12

This second series is a very hit and miss.

As they had real good actors to play the baddies, they made these baddies last almost throughout the twelve episodes which meant the counters were made to be so out of their depths – beaten most of the time.

This did not go well with me and I thought it was just me who did not like this development but having read comments from other sites, most viewers actually shared by grumps.

So if there is a Season 3, which I hope there will be, this should be a lesson learnt.

Having said that the final two episodes were actually exciting because at last the counters prevailed. 🤣🤣🤣
