Jin Hee upset her mother when he brought up an old memory of her mother’s friends calling Jin Hee a goldfish poop.
To make up with her mother, she invited her to a long weekend away with Kim Jin Su who won a weekend away by the seaside.

Jin Hee was so excited about the mini-break but when they got to the airport, Park Jin Hong was waiting for them as he was going with them.
Jin Hee was not very happy.
Anyway, the break turned out to be a success. Her mother and father are now officially dating but they agreed that it would be solely her mother and Park Jin Hong’s relationship. It would not be a family one where Jin Hee had to acknowledge Park Jin Hong as her father and vice versa.
The specter of the serial killer was still there so Eun Jae Won suggested to Jin Hee to put her mother under protection.
Jin Hee disagreed because she felt that it would only bring attention to her mother. Having gotten reassurance from Park Jin Hong that he will protect Kim Eun Mi even if it costs him his life.
Unfortunately, one night when Park Jin Hong did not accompany Eun Mi as she was having a BFF bonding with Kim Mijung, the attacker turned up.
