Episode 1

Such a dramatic start.

Zhao Xun was the senior assistant to Cheng Gong, CEO of Dalcheng Group. Cheng Gong attended an all-boys’ network dinner with Zhao Xun in tow.

The men plied her with drinks until she fell asleep drunk to her mind.

When she woke up, Cheng Gong was kissing her, undressing her.  Though she seemed not to have stopped him, she did not like what was he doing to her.

When it was over, while Cheng Gong slept, she was in an empty bath time all sad and shaken.

Then, somehow, somewhere just outside the hotel, two people seemed aware of what went on.  One had black gloves on who dialed the police and reported about a rape in the hotel involving the CEO of Dalcheng.  The other person was Chen Mo who sounded very concerned about Zhao Xun who called her to ask whether she was still with Cheng Gong.  When he heard her shaking voice, he told her to call the police.

He was just about to call the police when the police actually pulled in and went into the hotel.

The took Cheng Gong and Zhao Xun to the station.

Meanwhile, Lin Han, high powered corporate lawyer was called in by Dalcheng.  She was their in-house lawyer.

She went to the police station with Li Yi but were not able to talk to their client as he was still in the middle of interrogation.

Zhao Xun was examined first and asked whether she had a shower.

During the interview, she said that she was unconscious most of the time and only woke up when Cheng Gong started undressing her.

Zhao Xun looked like a victim of rape but she can’t for certain she was raped.  She never said anything when Cheng Gong was having sex with her despite not consenting to the act.

This is a top-notched drama with a good cast.

Episode 2

From the word go, Yan Ming noticed that Zhao Xun is an imperfect victim.  She was hesitant and she denied being raped,

She also denied being in contact with anyone while she was in the apartment when she had been texting Chen Mo.

Based on the interviews and evidence, Cheng Gong did not commit any wrongdoing aside from being an adulterer, so Commander Wang ordered that Cheng Gong was released.
