Episode 1
I love this drama already.
Lin Yu Jing was visiting her estranged father who she had not seen for two years after her parents’s divorce.
Her father did not make it easy for her because, on the way from the airport, he was giving her a set of rules on how to treat her stepmother.
Lin Yu Jing agreed to what her father said as she thought she could bear it for the two days she was visiting.
Her stepmother did make an effort but the father forget to tell the stepmother that LIn Yu Jing was allergic to seafood.
Anyway, instead of eating the drunken prawns that are meant to be eaten still alive and twitching, Lin Yu Jing just left the table to go back to her room.
Her father followed her to tell her off for being disrespectful. Her father accidentally grabbed her arm and broke the silver bracelet which was given to her by her mother.
The next morning, she went to find a repair shop for her bracelet.
After a long-winded trek, she ended up at Shen Juan’s shop. The shop is run my a few young people who seemed into gang fighting.
Far from being frightened, Lin Yu Jing was crushing on the gorgeous Shen Juan.
Anyway, she had to dash back to see her father after she received a call about her mother.
Her father showed her documents giving him guardianship and also enrolment to a new school. Her father made sure that she knows that it was not his decision but solely her mother’s.
Lin Yu Jing was heartbroken because she can’t contact her mother and when she finally did, she told her that it was for her own good.
Anyway, she went to school and found out that Shen Juan was her classmate. She opted to be his deskmate.
Her classmates were looking at her. They can’t tell whether she is brave or stupid. Shen Juan is known as the school troublemaker.
Episode 2
Lin Yu Jing met her stepbrother who was rather standoffish. He ended up her temporary guardian as her father and stepmother went on a business trip.
Her stepbrother was not really bothered about her so LIn Yu Jing was so lonely but she met Shen Juan who invited her to share a hot pot with him and his friends at his shop.
She found out that Shen Juan was having a problem paying the rent to the shop because the rent had increased.
Episode 3
Lin Yu Jing had now become officially a friend to the three boys, Lin Yu Jing, Wang Yi Yang, and He Song Nan.
They tried to think of making money.
They used the power of the internet. They made money but also caught the attention of their homeroom teacher who threatened them of contacting their parents if they do not study instead.
Episode 4
Ling Yu Jing was desperate to become independent. When she heard that she can get a scholarship, she started to think about it.
She started tutoring Wang Yi Yang and Shen Juan. She was so annoyed when he finished his exam in physics pretty quickly and then spent the rest of the time snoozing. She thought that he did not even bother with the exam and was really annoyed with him.
She warned him that he will fail.
When the result came, he was top of the class. He then reminded her that he had never lied to her, in fact he told her that he was not bad in physics.
