Episode 1
Fan Zhi Xin is a very underrated actor, He should be more popular because he is actually a good actor and he has grown very handsome.
Anyway, I like this drama. I am very intrigued with the first episode and I really wanted to proceed to the next one but I dare not as I would like to give this episode a quick summary first.
Yuan Xia is a very capable but long suffering PA to Wei Zi Qi who is a young CEO of MU Group. Poor Yuan Xia is at his beck and call 24/7.
It was 2;20 in the morning when she was woken up to collect her boss from a bar. Good thing too because her boss was being swindled by the bar owner.
Yuan Xia took Wei Zi Qi home and stayed to babysit him because he could not be late for a contract signing the next morning.
Wei Zi Qi did go to the office with Yuan Xia the next morning and signed the contracts. As she had been working overtime, she asked for a half day which was approved.
But then Wei Zi Qi forgot about it and went to look for her. He was reminded that Yuan Xia had taken leave for her blind date.
Wei Zi Qi chased after Yuan Xia and enveigled to drive her car for her.
He was taking the long way but he told her that if her blind date was a good bloke he would wait for her.
Then all of a sudden, her car brake went out of control. They crashed but Wei Zi Qi made sure to protect Yuan Xia because he had been crushing on her.
Episode 2
There seemed to be an element of time travel in this drama.
Wei Zi Qi was in 2025 and looking at a mysterious phone belonging to Yuan Xia.
Actually the phone was given to Yuan Xia by a Mr Heng.
Anyway, the accident, Wei Zi Qi managed to stop the car and protect Yuan Xi. He then called his friend, Xing Nan, a doctor who was so handsome, the nurses were falling all over him.
After examination, Yuan Xia was told that she was ok. Xing Nan then drove them both home.
Later on, Wei Zi Qi told Xing Nan that Yuan Xia’s car was tampered. He was sure that she was being victimised by Mr Zhou, the bar owner, who has something to do also with a forthcoming board meeting.
Wei Zi Qi worried that being near him Yuan Xia would get killed so he fired her.
Anyway, back her her house, Yuan Xia was not very happy that her phone broke so she had to use her very old phone given to her by Mr Heng.
Yuan Xia was so furious from being fired unceremoniously. She was so upset she fainted.
She was taken to the hospital and poor Xing Nan had to tell her the result of the exhaustive test that Wei Zi Qi asked to be done on her. Xing Nan had to tell her that she might have pancreatic cancer.
Before she really could think about her illness, her old phone rang. The voice told her that she much not on any circumstance go looking for Wei ZiQi at Lakeside Hotel on 31 December 2024. She must remember this information faithfully.
Yuan Xia went to find Wei Zi Qi to ask for her severance fee.
Instead of giving her money, he humiliated her.
Episode 3
It was the future Wei Zi Qi who had called her on her old phone. He told her that she was really not ill, Xing Nan will explain it to her. He told her not to go to Lakeside Hotel to look fro Wei Zi Qi on 31 December 2024. To prove that he was telling the truth, he gave her a winning lottery number.
Yuan Xia did speak with Xing Nan who confirmed that she was not ill except for slight curvature of the spine and her wisdom tooth need taking out.
He told her that Wei Zi Qi wanted her to stay in the hospital.
She later found out why.
Zhou Wei, who manages Wei Zi Qi’s company confessed arrogantly to Wei Ziqi that he had something to do with Wei Zi’s father’s death and without his father’s will he will not inherit the company.,
Wei Zi told this to Yuan Xia and also confessed that he wanted to keep her at the hospital to ensure her safety because he likes her.
BTW, she won the jackpot at the lottery but her ticket got smudged with Wei Zi’s blood so it invalidated her ticket.
Episode 4
Wei Zi Qi did manage to get the shareholders on board to his side and had Zhou Wei arrested for embezzlement.
Zhou Wei warned him that he will get his revenge one way or another.
Wei Zi Qi worried about it because on the way to the police station, Zhou Wei managed to escape.
Wei Zi Qi confessed his feelings to Yuan Xia who was very lukewarm about it. Her mysterious caller managed to convince her that they were in different timeline, again Yua Xia was apathetic about just wonderful occurence. 🤣🤣🤣
Episode 5
Wei Zi Qi was trending for being a womaniser which was giving Yuan Xia a headache as she was in charge of PR.
Zi Qi made a deal with Cici and Coco to tell Yuan Xia that he had not relationship with them. But then a third woman turned up.
It was Xi Lin but then Yuan Xia turned up as well and told Xi Lin that she was Zi Qi’s girlfriend.
Zi Qi was way to happy to pretend to be Yuan Xia’s boyfriend.
Xin Li invited them to her gala party so ZiQi took Yuan Xia shopping for a new party frock.
