Episode 1
The first episode is very watchable. I must say despite being a mini-drama, it is well made.
Anyway, Xiao Yue works in a museum dealing with artefacts and antiquity.
Her lonely mother, Wang Xiao, often comes to the museum to bring her lunch. Despite telling her mother to stop doing it, Wang Xiao persisted and even stays in the museum for classes so she could go home at the same time as Xiao Yue.
One afternoon, Xiao Yue was focused on her work when she felt a tremour. She assumed there was an earthquake so she immediately hid under the table.
She then saw a vortex where a girl came out from it dressed in hanfu. The girl said that she was Yaoyao, a maid from the Mansion of Marquis Dai. She asked Xiao Yue where the doorway was.
Xiao Yue had to help Yaoyao opened the unfamiliar locking mechanism of a modern door. Xiao Yue thought that Yaoyao was cosplaying rather seriously.
Yaoyao run into the museum where she bumped into Wang Xiao.
Someone came out from the vortex once again. A very excited guard after the maid Yaoyao.
Yao yao returned to the room and was arrested by the guard. They both jumped back into the vortex.
Xiao Yue found her mother who was unsually quiet just sitting nervously in a corner. She realised that she was not her mother but Yaoyao who transmigrated to Wang Xiao’s body.
Her mother in the body of Yaoyao was the one taken back by the guard.
Episode 2
Still thinking that Yaoyao was her mother, Xiao Yue indulged her and told her that the Han Dynasty was 2,200 years ago. Xiao Yue noticed how different her mother was especially at housekeeping, particularly in cooking. Her mother seemed fascinated with the electric appliances.
Xiao Yue became worried so she made an appointment to take her to the hospital. Yaoyao got so scared and confessed that she was Yaoyao.
Meanwhile, Wang Xiao in Han Dynasty had to contend with being blamed for thieving from the marquesa. but she was able to extricate herself from the problem proving that she was not the thief.
Wang Xiao realised that she had transmigrated to another person’s body and not in the Han Dynasty.
