Plot Summary
Cheng Yu had been dating Lu Wen Yu for three years and they planned to marry. She even customised her own wedding dress.
One day, Wen Yu asked to bring her wedding dress to a wedding venue.
When she got there, Wen Yu’s friend were laughing at her for being such a simp.
She then realised that Wen Yu was marrying someone else and wanted her wedding dress for his new girl.
Wen Yu boredly explained to Cheng Yu that he was marrying his first love, Bai Yao, to help her out.
Bai Yao’s mother was dying from terminal illness and wanted to see Bai Yao settled before she passes away. He explained that it was only temporary.
Cheng Yu was utterly gutted, especially when Wen Yu unceremoniously snatched the wedding dress from her.
They ended up breaking up but Wen Yu was sure that he could easily coax Cheng Yu as he had done many times previously.
He was flabbergasted when he later found a wechat from Cheng Yu announcing that she was single and ready to mingle.
She was snatched up before too long by Lu Xiu Chuan, Lu Wen Yu’s own young uncle.
Xiuchuan wasted no time, he married Cheng Yu immediately and brought her to meet the family.
Cheng Yu was warmly welcomed by the extended family when Wen Yu turned up with Bai Yao.
Wen Yu was shocked to see Cheng Yu and got more agitated when he found out that she was his new aunt.
