Plot Summary
A total makjang! 33 hospitalisation in just three years. LOL
Shen Shuangmian’s mother was an accountant who worked for the the Yans. She sacrificed herself by admitting fraud to prevent the Yans from going bankrupt. While she was in prison, the Yans took care of young Shuangmian with the view that she will be married to Yan Yu Zhong, the young master of the Yan one day.
Shuangmian fell madly in love with Yu Zhong and was excited to marry him.
But everytime the wedding day was about to happen, she would meet an accident and be hospitalised thus the wedding was postponed. This had happened for 33 times. Poor Shuangmian felt guilty at how clumpsy she was causing her accidents but then she heard Yu Zhong talking to his friend in the hospital corridor.
His friend admiringly said to Yu Zhong that the 33rd accident was inspired, it was done with pricision just like the previous 32. Shuangmian was not totally hurt but not well enough to get married.
His friend asked him why not just break up with Shuangmian and marry Xia Ran Ran, who Yuzhong really loved.
Shuangmian was shocked especially when she heard Yuzhong confessed that he felt a responsibility to Shuangmian because of what they owed her mother.
From then on, Shuangmian was determined to leave Yuzhong.
She got her chance when she ended up in hospital again. Yuzhong is a doctor and his intern, Xia Ran Ran, who he loves also works in the hospital.
Anyway, Ranran was not an ingenue but very manipulative. She pretented to commit suicide because she said she felt guilty for taking Yuzhong’s time off Shuangmin. As Xinyue pretended to jump off the ledge, Yuzhong grabbed her and accidentally pushed Shuangmian to her fall instead.
Shuangmian discharged herself out of the hospital and out fo the Yan family. She flew to the other side of Beijing and met Professor Lu, who happened to be Shuangmian’s mother’s childhood friend.
Professor Lu was upset to hear that her friend had died and that Shuangmian was now all alone in the world. She told Shuangmian that she will be her daughter from then on. Shuangmian thrive witht the care of Professor Lu and support of He Yunming who had a crush on her for seven years. She saved him when he collapsed on the street years ago.
He Yunming was a chaebol prince. He supported Shuangmin who turned out to be a medical genius. Within six months she became a multi-awarded Professor Luna and a CEO of her company🤣🤣💜
Shuangmian who is now Luna had to go back to Beijing to promote her medical research. She met YuZhong again who wanted to take her home. At first, he would not take no for an answer but Luna was now stronger and feistier and had the total support of He Yunming.
So in the end, it was happy ending for Luna and Yunming while Yenzhong found out too late that he had been totally hoodwinked by Ranran who had pretended to be his saviour three years ago when in fact it was Shuangmian who had saved him all along.
