Episode 1

It has a cute if rather poignant start.  The drama is well casted.

Bae Suzy is gorgeous and of course being very suitable to play Doona as she used to be an idol herself.

Lee Doona is the lead singer of Dream Sweet, girl group.  But after becoming so popular and overworked, Doona had a panic attack during a sold out concert.  She felt like she was drowing until she collapsed.

Anyway, Lee Won Joon went to Seoul to go university to study civil engineering.  He was co-housesharing with boys on the second floor of a building.

He was just letting himself into the house when he noticed that he was being watched carefully by a chain-smoking woman.  The woman was Doona.

Doona saw that Lee Won Joon was wearing a sweatshirt which was a merchandise by Dream Sweet.  She assumed that he was a ssasaeng, an obsessive fan who came to live on the second floor to stalk her.

Anyway, she warned the clueless Lee Won Joon about stalking but he did not understand what she was talking about he had not recognise her.

But finally it dawn to her who she was but then he told her that he really did not know her at first because not a fan.  He likes TWICE.

To earn money to make ends meet, Won Joon tried to get a job as a math tutor.  At first he did get a tuturial job but was let go before he even got to start because the mother of the student who needed tutoring thought that Won Joon will not be a good example as he was a smoker.  The mother thought that he smoke because his scarf which he left at the woman’s house smelled of cigarette.

Before he could really get agree with Doona, he found her sitting pathetically outside while it was beginning to snow.  When he tried to find out what was the matter with her, she collapsed and he had to take her to the hospital.

He had to pretend that he was Lee Doona’s sibling so he could check her in the hospital.  Despite not having much money, he bought her a pair of pink toed socks which she later demanded that he put them on her as he was her sibling.

Doona said that she had no friends and would like Won Joon to be her friend.

He agreed to a point but he warned her not to fall for him.  This made Doona laughed.

She later told him not to fall for her either.

Won Joon was happy to learn that Jinjoo, his crush in high school goes to the same university.

Episode 2

Doona was so high maintenance as Won Joon found out.  She told him that when she calls him, he must answer immediately so that she doesn’t feel unwanted.  But then poor Won Joo studies and hold a part time job so he often can’t answer the phone.
