Episode 1 – 2
The framework of the story is nothing new and yet it is very enjoyable and fresh.
Kang Tae Mu is the typical tsundere who was newly arrived from Harvard University to take over the role of CEO in Go Food, a large company where Shin Hari works as a researcher.
Kang Tae Mu’s grandfather, the President of Geumhwa Group, the parent company of Go Food, was desperate to see his grandson be married and have children to continue the bloodline.
So told Tae Mu to find himself a wife.
Tae Mu refused at first but then his grandfather collapsed and ended up in the hospital. Tae Mu was advised to indulge his grandpa and not to give him any stress.
So went on 11 blind dates in one day, including flying on his private jet to Japan for a brief meet-up with a girl.
All the girls were from good, affluent, and influential families and would marry the handsome chaebol but Tae Mu was not moved with anyone of them except for the first one, Jin Young Seo, the daughter of the CEO of Marine Beauty.
Jin Young Seo actually asked Hari to go on her place. Jin Young Seo said that she was not interested in going on blind dates to get herself a husband so she begged and used emotional blackmail on her best friend Hari. She told Hari to make the blind date not like her so he would forget her immediately.
But Tae Mu would never forget Hari/Jin Young Seo after she introduced him to Samantha and Rachel. She was a complete vamp but instead of being appalled, Tae Mu said that she was refreshing for being so honest and true to herself.
Episode 3-4
Tae Mu was unconsciously already hooked on the vampish Shim Ha Ri’s other persona.
He used this as a reason to make Hari his official though fake girlfriend and introduced her to his grandpa.
I must say, I did not like episode 4 that much because the role of Hari was too overacting and to get more laughs the character became thoughtless to the point of stupidity and cruelty to the elderly.
Hari was hiding her real identity from President Kang who happened to drop by where Go Food was shooting a commercial.
Hari hid in the toilet, the only toilet in the vicinity.
President Kang was desperate to go to the toilet so one of the staff escorted him to the loo. The staff knocked for Ha Ri to hurry up as someone else wanted to use it.
HaRi was actually inside the loo to talk to Tae Mu. But she did open the loo but closed it immediately when she saw President Kang.
Poor President Kang was really desperate and begged Ha Ri to let him use the toilet.
Hari would not open the toilet.
When she finally did, the aged President Kang was trying to open the door as well so he ended up falling over.
Hari could have helped him by holding on to him to steady him on his feet but she chose not to.
So poor Grandpa president fell over on some bucket.
I think the scriptwriters are so going over the top to ram their point of how hilariously desperate Hari was trying to hide her identity.
Yes, we got it several scenes before. You do not have to resort to abusing the elderly.
Anyway, Hari and Tae Mu went on a date to celebrate their fake first anniversary of being together. He bought her a beautiful designer suit that was overly tight for her and amusingly ripped during their dinner date.
When he finally took her home, he noticed that she dropped her purse on the passenger of his car. He drove back to her home and saw her helping out in her family’s chicken restaurant. He then flipped her purse and saw her ID. She is Shim Hari, the eccentric but elusive researcher in his company.
Episode 5
Tae Mu finally confirmed that Hari is Geum.
I must admit this hiding and dodging is getting really tiring. For goodness’s sake no more!

Hari learned that Tae Mu was going on a blind date.
She realised that she was not happy about it so she went to the blind date venue but she she called him, he said that he was parked in front of her house
So they are officially together.
Episode 9
Tae Mu and Hari are so loved up.
Hari turned up to meet Tae Mu for breakfast with different shoes.
So he bought her shoes and had them delivered to work with a note that it was from her boyfriend.
Her work colleagues were agog with excitement to know who her boyfriend was.
Hari said that the shoes were from Youngseo.
They believed her because Youngseo was her best friend and the heir to the Marine Group.
Hari continued to keep her relationship with Tae Mu a secret and sometimes she goes to extremes which disappoints the smitten Tae Mu.
Sunghoon went on a blind date arranged by grandpa for Tae Mu.
The date was Yura, the nemesis and cousin of Youngseo who had fallen in love with Sunghoon.
Unfortunately, Yura had fallen for Youngseo and had been pursuing him relentlessly.
Yura had no friends so she told Youngseo about her one-sided love for an ordinary guy. She told Youngseo about the guy.
Not knowing who the guy was, Youngseo encourage Yura to persevere.
But she found out about it when she went to meet Youngseo.
Sunghoon brought the mother superior from the orphanage he grew up in to introduce Youngseo.
Youngseo brought Yura with her because Yura was upset and does not want to be alone.
It then went from bad to worst because Youngseo put two and two together and realised that Sunghoon had been keeping secrets from her. He actually went to a blind date and had Yura in his apartment but when Youngseo knocked he would not let her in because Tae Moo was in his apartment.
