Anger is such a negative and toxic feeling that if not controlled can hijack your life. However having said that anger is a natural enough response to insults, being deceived, pain, frustrations and being attacked.
However, if anger overrules everything that you do, that you think and feel for long periods of time, then your life is not only toxic but you can be toxic to other people as well.
Anger and hostility can be a symptom to some illness or it can lead to illness such as harmful inflammation in the body and heart disease, so a visit to the doctors should be of prominent importance.
