Episode 1

I enjoyed this first episode as much as the terrible English subtitle allowed. LOL

Anyway, I think Yu Jiaen was a high flying manager but she had to leave because of restructuring as the company she works for was sold or merging with another one/

As she was between job. she decided to go back to her hometown to meet her family and friends once again.  She was especially happy to see Li Nianyuan who promptly announced her pregnancy to Jiaen who was happy for her friend.

Nianyuan is actually the cousin of Jiaen’s ex-fiance, Xu Yao who happened to turn up unexpectedly during the school reunion.

Jiaen was so shocked to see Xu Yao again.  She became agitated but Xu Yao told her that it was not him who brought up breaking up a few days before their wedding.  But he seemed to have forgotten that he was the one who packed his bag and disappeared for three years.  They dated for eight years, since Jiaen was 19.  Even, Xu Yao’s father wanted to know what he was going to do with Jiaen.

Xu Yao went to the town plaza where love keys populated the bridge.  He found his love key with Jiaen and left a little message on the pristine ribbon attached to the key.  Years and it had not faded the red ribbon not even a little.  Anyway, he left a message on the ribbon asking Jiaen to get in contact so they could have a civilised breakup.

Jiaen did see the ribbon and left her own message telling him to eff the hell out and never to contact her again.

It seemed Xu Yao went away the first time because he got himself into a massive debt and would not like to saddle his bride with it.

Now, he had paid off his debt after his business partner, unbeknown to him, asked her rich father to invest 8 Million to Xu Yao’s business.  Whoa!  A possible love triangle already.
