LOOKING AFTER YOUR NAILS:
Apparently if you have dry nails, you can moisturise them by rubbing a bit of olive oil into your nail beds just before bedtime. Before you know it you have hydrated cuticles and nails again.
If you are going for a pedicure, wear a flip-flops to the salon.
