Anyone who is in love is making love the whole time, even when they’re
not. When two bodies meet, it is just the cup overflowing. They can stay
together for hours, even days. They begin the dance one day and finish it
the next, or–such is the pleasure they experience–they may never finish
it. No eleven minutes for them.

That is so perceptive. I think it shows the difference between being IN love, and loving. It is like in a marriage. You start the years with so much hopes and dreams. You cannot get enough of each other. Being apart is such a wrench. Everytime you see him/her your stomach somersaults and can’t wait to be wrapped in each other’s arms. But then comes the children, mortgage, credit card bills, work matters. Suddenly your priority changes. Though the love is still there, that lusty feeling is buried under tiredness, upsets and problems and time together are cut short as you do not want to worry each other. Paulo Coelho says that to truly love, it should be an unending dance. Do not take anything for granted, especially each other.

You try to find happiness where you can find it.

This is a beautiful quote that stirs in other quotes like Carpe diem – seize the day. Don’t put off tomorrow what you can do today.
I am afraid that is a bad habit of mine. I tend to procrastinate. I try to put off things for another day. I always think there are more days ahead and I would have time. I do this when packing for holiday too. And I would be so stressed doing the last-minute doing it.
From today, I shall be more thoughtful and thing ahead and do things right now like tidying up. Bye for now and think through Paulo Coelho’s message

The most important experiences a man can have are those that take him to the very limit, that is the only way we learn because it requires all our courage.
