Postulant Cook does Gelatin a la Filipino
Above are the photos of my effort in making the ever popular gelatin a la Filipino (please click for the recipe).
I have to admit that it was a full-proof recipe. The recipe was so easy to follow and the finished product is so delicious that I am pretty sure everyone will enjoy. You can add fruits of your choice as well. I added strawberries rather than peaches as per recipe, and it worked a treat.
I will certainly be making it again. Gelatin a la Filipino is a dish for sharing. Everyone will come away happy and wanting to know how it was made, so be prepared to divulge how you made such a lovely concoction.
