Buddhism teaches morality, enlightenment and the practise of true wisdom.
Through meditation one can focus on the Four Noble Truth:
1. That suffering exist
2. that suffering arises from attachment to desires.
3. That suffering can cease when attachment to desires ceases.
4. Freedom from suffering is possible by practising the Eightfold Path.

The Buddha & The Truth

– Buddha
……..
He who wishes to put on the yellow dress without having cleansed himself from sin, who disregards temperance and truth, is unworthy of the yellow dress.
– Buddha
…..
Learn to distinguish between Self and Truth. Self is the cause of selfishness and the source of evil; truth cleaves to no self; it is universal and leads to justice and righteousness.
…..
They who imagine truth is untruth and see untruth in truth, never arrive at truth, but follow vain desires.
– Buddha
…..
They who know truth in truth, and untruth, arrive at truth, and follow true desires.
– Buddha
……
“Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth.”
– Buddha
…
Truth knows neither birth nor death; it has no beginning and no end. Welcome the truth. The truth is the immortal part of mind.
– Buddha
….
Truth desires to appear; truth longs to become conscious; truth strives to know itself.
….
There is truth in the stone, for the stone is here; and no power in the world, no god, no man, no demon, can destroy its existence. But the stone has no consciousness.
….
