Xi Xi is phobic about football because she seemed to be a ball magnet since she was a very little girl.
If there was a ball in the vicinity it will sure hit her in the head.
So as much as possible she stays out of the game.
And as such she used up most of her time drawing … cats. She had always wanted to be a cartoonist but all of her drawings she had submitted were rejected though she was given the feedback that they were good, including her latest which went to the reject box once again.
The editor said that a protagonist cat won’t sell. She was advised to look for inspiration in the world of sport.
It so happened that her brother, Hua Ming Xuan is the goalkeeper for Thunderbolt Football Club and they had an important game.
Against her better judgment, Xi Xi went to see the game. In the arena, she met a newly arrived Huo Zhi Ang from Spain, where he had been playing football.
Anyway Zhi Ang was kind enough to explain the basic of the game to her, which was confusing her as the main player, Sun Xie Jie, from Thunderbolt seemed to be playing a one man game.
He did not pass the ball to his teammates and did all the works himself resulting in missed goals.
His teammates were getting annoyed with him but not as annoyed and frustrated as the fans who screamed and shouted that he should be taken out of the pitch for someone else.
The chants got too bad that the coach had to oblige the fans.
After the game, the players were so hyped up from frustration and the arrival of Zhi Ang did not help as it only incited Xie Jie.
It then ended in a fight.
Hua Ming Xuan tried to stop the fight but it ended in a brawl.
The next day, the coach was pressured to announce that both MIng Xuan and Xie Jie were to be kicked out of the team.
Episode 2
Xi Xi decided to go to the Thunderbolt HQ to complain about the unfairness of the decision to sack her brother who was only there to stop the fight.
But Zhi Ang was there first and had already talk about the case with the coach, which he knew from way back.
Xi Xi was so annoyed but Zhi Ang invited her to his house so he could explain everything for her. While he was telling her the rudimentary of football including being off-side and goal hanging, her phone rang. Her editor wanted her to submit her work the next day without delay.
Xi Xi asked Zhi Ang if she could use a room to do her drawing.
He was kindly enough to show her into a room where she could draw as well as pamper a cat. She was in seventh heaven.
Meanwhile, Zhi Ang met up with his father who told him to go work in his company as his football career is over before it even began.
He later learned that his father company has its own football team.
When he got back home, he found Xi Xi asleep. Reading her emails. he submitted her work for her.
The next morning, Xi Xi was going mental because she was not ready yet with her work. Her editor however liked her drawing and tasked her to find out the story behind her drawing, which was that of Xie Jie.
How she ended up his his closet was just so bizarre.

Sun Xie Jie was finally convinced to join Team Aurora and they had their first game against Team Tianba who has the best defense and most ferocious fans.
Very pleasantly surprised with this drama. It was quite watchable.
