Plot Summary
Ji Xiu Qin and Sang Nian were in front of Civil Service Bureau to get a divorce when then met an accident and woke up during famine time in ancient times.
They quickly found out that they have two children who are on the verge of death from starvation.
Xiu Qin and Nian were shocked and aghast when they got part of the memories of the real couple who they transmigrated into.
Xiu Qin was a drunk whose parentage were a bit of a mystery. The ones who brought him up were really conniving people.
Nian Nian was a spoiled woman and so lazy. She liked beating up her own children.
Any modern Xiu Qin and Nian Nian found out that they came with a secret system but they have to work together to enable the system to start functioning.
With not much choice, they opted to cooperate rather grudgingly.
