My talented hubby took these photographs of the above figure located on the rooftop of 159 Piccadilly, (corner of St James’ Street) the former Norwich Union Building, London W1. The amazing statues were the work of an Edwardian sculptor, Hibbert Charles Binney (circa 1872 – 1951) which is called Justice robed with attendants. The Justice figure was given a very masculine visage that we thought it was a monk holding a scale and sword.
