2 tablespoons horseradish cream
440 grams beefsteak
2 tablespoons olive oil
60 grams sour cream
24 baby spinach leaves
1 baguette or French bread stick
2 tablespoon Olive oil
How to make:
In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of mustard and 1 tablespoon of horseradish cream. Spread this combination onto the steaks. Set aside and refrigerate until required.
Meanwhile, make the crostini. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees. Discard the pointy end bits of the bread and cut the rest into an inch slices.
Arrange them in a baking sheet in a single layer and drizzle olive oil onto them. Place in the oven and toast until golden brown.
Heat the rest of the olive oil into a large pan and fry the beef steak until cooked.
Remove from heat and cover the pan and let the steak stand for at least five minutes.
Cut the steak thinly.
Combine the remaining mustard, horseradish cream and sour cream in a bowl.
Make up the crostini by topping each one with spinach, steak slices and the sour cream.
Serve immediately.
