• 1 January 2018 – It was revealed that Jung So-Min has been dating the actor Lee Joon since October 2017.  They met while working on the drama, Father is Strange.

• 28 October 2019 – Jung So Min is apparently positively reviewing an offer to star in a medical drama, Soul Repairer, opposite Shin Ha Kyun.
