Episode 1
It was a pretty good solid start.
Dong Baek was a policeman but under suspension, because when he does his supernatural investigation, he gets rather hands-on literally. He often resorts to violence and he had done it too often.
The boss quite like him because he gets results.
In two months of joining the police, he was able to solve 26 cold cases.
There were some policemen who were almost permanently sorting gifts and messages from his fan base.
Anyway, he was not popular with everybody, because with a touch Dong Baek can get into the mind and everyone had some secret which one needed keeping.
Anyway, there was a cleaner in the station who loved him so much and wanted him to marry her daughter.
One day, the woman came crying and distressed. She piteously begged Dong Baek to find her daughter who had been missing since the night before.
Dong Baek said that he can’t help her as much as he wanted to because he was under suspension. If he so much as lifted a finger that has something to do with policing, he was going to get fired. The thing is that he really wanted to remain with the police.
His team became a fait accompli, they created scenarios that forced Dong Baek to get involved.
And he did get involved when he went to the hospital to see the victim of the hammer killer who miraculously got away.
The victim was not the daughter but another woman who was now in a coma.
As she was in a coma, Dong Baek found it hard at first to get into her brain in the end and found some information that may or may not be related to the Hammer Killer but it made him so annoyed because he saw in her mind the mind that had sexually assaulted her.
He met up with the man and realised that he had something to do with the Hammer killer. The man he was meeting was about to give a signal to the Hammer killer by phone but Dong Baek immaculately shod feet got to the man’s head first.
