Episode 1
It was the 26th Golden Cicada Music Award. Liang Chen was nominated for the Best Female Singer of the Year award.
Another nominee, Meng Lan Zhi was sitting next to her and whispered that all Liang Che could hope for was the award for Best female.
Liang Chen replied that it was not about luck, it was about ability.
Liang Chen then won the award.
She was doing her acceptance speech when almost the entire audience seemed to be glued to their mobile phone and then occasionally would give her a pitying look.
Having noticed this, Liang Chen cut short her speech. Her manager was already waiting for her at the steps of the stage and whispered that her boyfriend was trending for cheating on her.
Liang Chen had to stay for the most prestigious award which was the Best Artist of the Year.
Again, Meng Lan Shi tauntingly said that she will take the award as well as Liang Chen’s boyfriend.
Liang Chen won which rather embarrassed Meng Lan Zhi who was already standing thinking that she was the winner.
Liang Chen whispered to Meng Lan Zhi telling her that she can keep the man but she will certainly keep the award.
Meanwhile, Lu Jing was engaged in an extreme sport where the combatants parachuted into a remote location and then play guys, grenades and soldiers.
Ding Jia Yu was Liang Chen’s boyfriend who called her to issue a statement that they had already broken up before, he was not cheating on her.
Liang Chen’s updated her Weibo and said that she had not broken with her boyfriend before but now they have.
Lu Jing was Liang Chen’s number one fan and said that she was perfect and too good for her ex.
episode 2
Liang Chen was invited to play in a game with Herman as her old song promoted in the end of his live stream
so in order to be good at gaming she asks her friend sun bin yu for help and he introduces her to lu Jing his neighbour and friend but her identity is kept a secret.
also their nicknames are taro and orange
orange and lu Jing bump into each other at the elevator but end up not recognising. in this series every meet is special as she is his idol.
he is such a sincere fan that he can recognise her voice just as it is. but she uses voice cover to hide it
at first she is so terrible at playing… I finally found happiness after I knew another one is just like me:) I could relate 100 percent.
they have a few love scenes in the game itself. they both are strong and confident in their own lives.
later lu Jing goes to Liang Chen’s ex college for a bet where he and orange meet OMG so dramatic
episode 3
taro is in some remote village for filming as he is chasing ma Shan Shan
Liang Chen is having trouble finding inspiration for her new song. the game is not working out without lu Jing too
later when they play the game only did she know she was playing with Herman all this while
she starts picking up guns for him and he protects her from the robots he impresses her by his ability
later she helps in the task of music and they win. aww the perfect couple
as a result they get a romantic moment in the game watching a meteor shower.
I like how the game parts look real making me want to play.
episode 4
orange and lu Jing get good impressions of each other.
orange’s ex boyfriend creates a ruckus. Jia yun likes orange
shan Shan keeps rejecting taro 🙁 but they have a kiss scene later hehehee
orange and lu jing meet again at a hotel but end up not seeing or finding who each other are
she is little box for lu jing. she kills her first robot. they coordinate really well now. I have to say Little box is so funny and relatable
they start falling in love in the process
episode 5
now the tables have turned. little box starts teasing Herman
taro and shan shan kiss in real instead of faking it !!
lu Jing refuses the invitation to a music festival. let me tell you he is gonna regret it later
they both have another dramatic meet in a bar they even dance together but don’t recognise each other again. (how?? isn’t he a hardcore fan)
but this time wasn’t a waste as she posted a picture of herself in orange’s account but before he could see the image she deleted it
but he knew little box was the pretty girl he danced with and started to have feelings for her and starts talking more with affection.
episode 6
lu Jing gets a dress and thinks of little box at first similarly she also thinks about him for song inspo.
she asks for his consent and sings her song which was in melody into rock but experiences a lot of hatred.
they also figure out that lu Jing stays in the same dorm same bed where orange once stayed
