Episode 1

Xia Langlang was traveling alone on her way to Southwest University of Communications.  It is her first day of college life.  Everything seems big, bright, and wonderful despite having to drag a huge suitcase with a missing wheel.

She saw a beautiful expensive looking girl, who seemed to have a minder, pulling her many expensive-looking suitcases after her.

The reason Langlang was in this university was because of her long-time crush, Ma Yi Ran.

He is still as handsome as she remembered and even as unattainable because at that instance he was surrounded by girls adoring him.

She finally got into the dorm where three girls were already ensconced into their part of the room.

Langlang was welcomed by a very friendly and accommodating girl, Yang Jia Qiang, and then a cute as a button Huang Fu Shu Min, and then the expensive girl she met briefly a while ago, Fan Xiao Yu, make up the group.

Fan Xiao Yu had commandeered Langlang’s bed but Lang Lang, I am quite happy to say was no pushover.  She stood for her rights and would not budge.  She wanted the bed she was allotted and that’s it.

Fan Xiao Yu gave in knowing that it would be a losing battle.

Fan Xiao Yu and Langlang seemed to have a little friction between them as Fan Xiao Yu can be thoughtless and had that sense of entitlement.

Fan Xiao Yu might look branded and expensive but she was actually cash strapped as her father had stopped her cards after she created such mayhem during his wedding to his mistress.  She cannot even pay her tuition fully.

She met an IT student guy who called her a jinx after she blabbed about the residential apartment he was renting to be used as an office.

But they eventually became friendlier over a Mont Blanc pen she gave him, which he threw away in pique.  They both found out that the limited edition Mont Blanc pen cost an arm and a leg.

Langlang overheard Fan Xiao Yu talking with her mother on the phone about the divorce and moving on.  Suddenly Langlang understands why Fan Xiao Yu was prickly and tried to be more accommodating to her.

Fan Xiao Yu saw that Lang Lang is friendlier so she reciprocated as well.

Loving this drama already.  It is great to see Shen Yue in another drama.  The camera loves her.  She glows.

Episode 2

Aww episode 2 is a  bittersweet story still almost entirely about Lang Lang.

Her mother had been calling her adviser and the dear of the university to ask them to send Lang Lang home.

Lang Lang had a confrontation with her mom, telling her that she was not going home.  She will stay at school.

Her mother told her that she did not work all those years after Lang Lang’s father died and bring her up singlehandedly and watched her now ruin her life.

Her mother wanted her to repeat the year and retake Gaokao so she could go to with Tsinghua or Peking University instead of fairly ordinary Southwest University.

Lang Lang told her mother that she had grown up and has been looking after herself since she was about eight years old.

Her mother did realise this.

The freshmen were sent to the mountains for their military training.

Of course, Ma Yi Ran was also there.

Her roommate realised that Lang Lang was crushing on him and the way Ma Yiran, who has been rather attentive to Lang Lang so then reckoned that the feeling was mutual.

Lang Lang was invited by Ma Yiran to see the stars near the mountain peak.  He encouraged her to bring her roommates while he will be bringing his roommates as well.

Lang Lang went with Fan Xiao Yu and Huang Fu Shu MIn.

At the campfire, they played games of truth or date.

Ma Yi Ran was asked a question about his crush.

Lang Lang was so excited and so were her friends for her.

The bombshell came.

Ma Yiran was using her to get to Fan Xiao Yu, who he likes the moment he saw her.

Lang Lang tried to be brave and even managed to tell Ma Yi Ran that he made a good choice.

But Fan Xiao Yu took Lang Lang away telling the boys that she was tired.

Poor Lang Lang, she finally realised that her mother was right.  She wasted her chance to go to a key university for a young love that was never meant to be.

She went to her adviser the next day to tell him that she wanted to quit university.  Her adviser said that it was her choice but she had to be very sure.

She then received a package from her mother with a beautiful girly dress for her telling her that she was a most obedient daughter who had never given her a moment of grief.  She was now sure that Lang Lang knew what she was doing choosing to go to Southwest University and she was now giving her 100% support.

She called her mother and they made up especially when she realised that Zolo, her most avid friend in her Moments which she thought was Ma Yi Ran was actually her mother.  She had been encouraging her all along.

Aww.

Episode 3 Princess Syndrome

This episode is about Huangfu who is the youngest of the dormmates.  She has princess syndrome which the girls tolerated for a while thinking that she was delicately ill.

They found a bottle of medicine for heart disease and thought that Huangfu was suffering from heart problems.

But the heart problem she had was boyfriend induced.

She was supposed to meet her boyfriend in a restaurant near the school but he did not turn up.  Instead, the handsome and young restaurant manager heard her calling her boyfriend while she was at the men’s toilet and he dumped her.

She was so annoyed but she was feisty and believed in her tarot card wholeheartedly which foretell that she had just met her soulmate that day.

She happened to bump into Chi Mu, a popular basketball player in their school.  She thought he was her soulmate so she became a cheerleader for him.

The girls are rather concerned that Huangfu was overdoing it with cheerleading when. she has heart disease.

Her supposed illness got to Chi Mu who told her to quit cheerleading as she might become ill and she will sue the school and basketball department.  He more or less dumped her before they even got together.

She finally had to confess to the girls that the heart tablets were her mother’s.

She became the talk of the uni and a jealous cheerleader was live streaming and gossiping about her.

Fan Xiao Yu came and sorted the cheerleader out help by a guy, Zhou Yu, the restaurant manager, who happens to be a first-year student of arts.

Episode 4 Pornstars @ Faculty Room

This episode is about Yang Jia Qiang, the fourth member of the girls.  She is the nicest girl, very quiet, very accommodating but she became the unlikely female lead to a seeming porn video taken from the faculty by someone from the opposite boys’ dorm room.

It was trending in the university.  Poor Jia Qiang was suspected of the starring role because she was called by Mr. Mai, their year adviser to talk.

Mr Mai asked whether it was her as she was the only few students to have a key to the room.

Jia Qiang denied that it was her but at the same time she would not reveal who the two main leads were.

In the end, her friends got her out of the mire by investigating this themselves.  Well, they are journalism students.

The leads were Chu Mi and his cheerleading girlfriend.  They were just hugging and kissing but the editing of the video made it looked like they were up to something more.

The culprit was found and totally unrepentant even when taken by the police for questioning.

As Lang Lang said people tend to see what they want to see and believe what they want to believe.

But their journalism professor said that it was up to journalists to find out the truth from the falsehood.

Episode 5

Lang Lang was taking the same subject as Ma Yi Ran.

He started flirting with her.  She was only too happy to reciprocate.

Her roommates told her to forget him as he was really bad news.

But Ma Yiran asked Lang Lang to go to the movies with him.

This excited Lang Lang so much.  She had been in love with Ma Yiran for three years, since high school, and here is her chance to be with him.

Fan Xiaoyu could not believe that Lang Lang was heading to another heartbreak and plotted to show her Ma Yiran for what he really was.  She did not consider how Lang Lang would feel at all.  Xiaoyu just wanted to be proven right.

Poor Lang Lang turned up for the date bu she saw Ma Yiran had another date.

Langlang saw him in the cinema with Xiaoyu instead.  Poor Lang Lang was humiliated and upset.

Xiaoyu later was a little shocked to find that Lang Lang was not grateful for what she did.

Instead, LangLang explained that she had loved Mi Yiran for three years and wanted a chance to find out how to be with him even if she was only a backup date.

Xiaoyu realised that what she hated most, which is someone making the decision for her, she did it to Lang Lang.

She then felt so guilty.

Meanwhile, the loveless Lang Lang found out that her mother was getting jiggy with someone.  She had found herself a boyfriend.

Her mother wanted her blessing but Lang Lang was just too shocked to say much which frightened her mother who called Mr Mai.

Mr Mai, her faculty adviser, told lang Lang that her mother is a grown-up and has her own life to live just like her

Lang Lang realised this.

Mr Mai then said that her mother had been waiting for her at the school canteen.

Her mother offered to break up with her boyfriend but Lang Lang told her not to.  She just told her mother that she should always be top in her mother’s heart, that is all she wanted.

Fan Xiaoyu unblocked her father from her Moments and saw that he posted one of her baby picture in which he said she was his angel.

Episode 6

There was a Spring Art Festival at school where students are asked to participate in a talent show.

The girls are agog with excitement because of the big prize of 12k for each of the participants.  The girls agreed to do a musical quartet where Huangfu will be playing the piano, Yangjia will be playing guzheng, Fanxiao will be doing the violin and then Langlang brought a toy xylophone with her.  So the group had to rethink their plans.

They thought that should do a dance but Langlang proved rather uncoordinated.  She was so bad she gave Huangfu a blackeye.

In the end, Fanxiao was dong a magic show with Qingzhou and Dongziang.

Poor Qingzhou and Dongziang’s entrepreneurship was not doing very well.  In fact, they were doing so bad they had been asked to leave school for non-payment of tuition fees and rent arrears.

Huangfu and Yangjia told Langlang that they would be presenting a dance duet, which leaves Langlang without a partner.

She then met a sophomore IT student, Wuyan, who was so eccentric.  He was obsessed with knitting and crocheting and he was always dressed in dungarees just like Langlang.

Langlang was able to convince Wuyan to sing with her.  They were getting on really well at first but then Langlang started to take notice of the gossips that she was eccentric Wuyan’s girlfriend and that they were in their couple clothes.

Langlang suddenly felt uneasy and started to distance herself from Wuyan.

The kind Wuyan did not even try to persuade her to reconsider, instead, he sent her a newly knitted blanket and told her that he understood her change of mind.

Meanwhile, Huangfu and Yangjia started to have a mini-quarrel as well as Huangfu wanted them to wear miniskirts as she looks good in one while Yangjia wanted them to wear trousers.

Fanxiao told them why do they have to wear the same thing.  They are different, unique

The unique part got to Langlang and suddenly called Wuyan to tell him that they had to practice.

They all had a special and successful presentation.  Huangfu, Qingzhou, and Dongziang won the third prize.  The money was just enough to pay Fanxiao for what Qingzhou owed her.

Episode 7

It was the school holiday.  Fanxiao overlooked the fact that she had to book a dormroom for the holiday if she wanted to stay in it.

The Auntie supervisor of the dorm told her that she must leave as she was missed the cut-off period of applying for the room holiday.

She got a text from her father telling her that he booked her a plane ticket to come home.

She went home to her mother who insisted that she attends her young half-brother’s 100 days celebration.

To please her depressive mother, she agreed.  Her father was pleased to see her at first and took her aside to explain why he stopped her credit card. He said that he wanted her to contact him instead she blocked him in WeChat.  He told her that the house is still as much as hers as it was in her mother’s.  He then gave her a new credit card.  She went to her old room and found that part of it had been used as storage for the baby’s pram, playpen, and other baby things.

Before she could really be upset the nanny brought in her cute young brother.

Fanxiao was enchanted. She went to look for her most beloved fairy wants that her father used to give to her.  As she was giving it to the baby, the stepmother came in and went mental and threw the wand on the floor saying never to give the baby dirty things.

She then continued that she was thinking of changing Fanxiao’s room into a nursery and when she comes to visit she could just book in a room to the nearest five star hotel.

This was too much for Fanxiao who told the stepmother that she was already  leaving in the house before the stepmother had an affair with her father.

Her stopmother gave her a resounding slap.  She was also going to slap her but her father came in stopped her.  He did not do anything to take her side even just one little bit.

She realised that she had lost her father and it was time to be independent. She departed leaving the new credit card he gave her in her bed.

She is now in sophomore year and needed to make money to pay her tuition fee.

It so happened that Jiaqiang needed help to arrange a meet-and-greet at the university for her idol, Justin.

She asked Fanxiao to help who managed to get the money and much more.

Jiaqiang was annoyed with Fanxiao for trying to pocket 20K from Justin’s avid fans.

In the end Fanxiao donated 15K to charity and kept 5K for her expenses.

Meanwhile, Fanxiao’s father went to her room in his house and found the plastic magic wand he used to give Fanxiao when she was little.  He then remembered how much his daughter adored him and how he made a pinky-swear with her that he will always be there for her no matter what.  He released he badly let her down just because he now had a son.  He also saw the card she left on the bed and this really made him feel guilty

Episode 8

This episode is about Huangfu learning to conquer her fears which her parents somehow inculcated into her from when she was very young.   Her parents often told her that she can’t do this, do that as they were too dangerous for her

And this applied to cheerleading.  Despite it being her passion she folded when she was challenged to do more. She lacked confidence as noticed by her number one fan, Zhou Yu.

Zhou Yu was crushing on her but in a weird way because he was always insulting her which added to her doubting herself.  When he said that he was not taking photos of her because of her chubby face, which was really a lie, poor Huangfu went to get a face-thinning injection.  She also started drastic dieting which made her collapsed in Zhou Yu’s arms.

He realised what he did to her and started telling her that she was perfect the way she was.  But Huangfu was not convinced because she can’t get a boyfriend.

Fanxiao started setting her into blind dates which were sabotaged by Zhou Yu.

Episode 9

Mr Mai informed Langlang that there will be an interview for an assistant job.

The job was to assist Mo Li, Mr Mai’s girlfriend who is only a teacher/coordinator at their school.

Mo Li was so nice and Langlang really like that Mo Li and Mr Mai seemed so in love that is before she found out about Gao Yuan (When are going to see Riley Wang again in a drama that he is lead?!!!).

Langlang was shocked when she saw Mo Li holding hands with Gao Yuan in the cinema.

Despite what she was feeling she promised Mo Li that she won’t tell Mr Mai but instead she took it upon herself to tell off Gao Yuan of his immorality

Gao Yuan told her that she did not know everything and to butt out.

Anyway, Langlang found out that Mr Mai was going to propose to Mo Li and had planned it to do it in the cinema before the film starts.

Mo Li turned down Mr Mai which annoyed Langlang;.

She really took things personally and scolded Mo Li.  She reminded Mo Li that she agreed not to tell Mr Mai of Moli’s affair with Gao Yuan because she was assured that Moli loves Mr Mai very much.

Mo Li said that she did love Mr Mai but Gao Yuan is her get true love that the mere sight of him sends into a paroxysm of dopamine overload which leaves her unable to think. LOL

Langlang went to console Mr Mai by drinking with him.  Mr Mai said that he, Mo Li, and Gao Yuan were old university friends.

Moli had many suitors, including Mr Mai,  but she had only eyes for Gao Yuan.  They started dating.

Gao Yuan was sent to the UK as an exchange student and continued an LDR with Moli.

But three years was a long time so Mr Mai did everything to get Moli but he knew that as soon as Gao Yuan appeared he would lose Moli. And that is exactly what happened.

Still, strangely LangLang was really feeling for Mr Mai.  She was I think beginning to have a crush on him.

Episode 10

This episode is more on Yang Jia.  Mr Mai had put her forward for the debating team which was a contest about Beauty Vs Personality.

Though Yangjia was more pro-beauty, she has to stand on the opposing team.

The girls supported her and Fanxiao took her to her geek friends, Qingzhou and Dingzhou.

Dingzhou started calling her Big Sister as what the girls call her.

Anyway, Yangjia started crushing on Qingzhou because of his lovely and gentle personality.

Fanxiao noticed this which made her rather quiet because she was already halfway liking Qingzhou herself.

Qingzhou was already in love with Fanxiao but was too shy to say it as he feels he is not worthy as he doesn’t have any money or prospect yet.

Anyway, Yangjia discovered the magic of make-up and started using it despite her mother’s likely disapproval who had always discouraged her from enhancing her appearance because romance won’t get you anywhere.

If Yangjia obeys her mother, she would end up a confirmed spinster for life.

Episode 11

Huangfu is now the leading cheerleader but it was making her upset that it doesn’t guarantee her a boyfriend.

They begged Fanxiao to share her secret on how to get a boyfriend, attract boys.

Fanxiao had fun training the girls.  And it got so hilarious

It seems though that Huangfu was a natural because when she used her knew acquired knowledge of seducing a man to submission which she used on Zhou Yu.

He was really into her but Huangfu had another man in her sight, it was a new basketball player which seemed to know her tricks.

After a game where she was cheering, Zhou Yu confessed to her in front of everyone.  She was so embarrassed but they are now together.

Meanwhile, their first date anniversary coincided with 520, Chinese Valentine’s Day.

LangLang went out with Mr Mai but she started seeing him in a different light, as a possible love interest.

Fanxiao told her childhood sweetheart that she had only seen him as a best friend but he told her that he was not giving up.

Yangjia was into Qingzhou but he doesn’t notice because he really only has eyes for Fanxiao.

This episode has a very high rewatch value.

Episode 12

This episode is really rather boring.  It is mainy about Qingzhou and Dingqiang’s Try It Apps.

Qingzhou was crushing too much on Fanxiao that he had overlooked how Dingqiang feels about being relegated to being a second fiddle.

Apparently, the two opted not to graduate so they could continue on with their Try It Apps.

Langlang who was crushing on Mr Mai saw him with another girlfriend who looks like Moli.

Episode 13

It was another holiday and this time, Fanxiao stayed at the dorm, celebrating her birthday all alone.

She is so business-minded though as she was determined to stand on her two feet, not relying on hands-out from her father.

He sent her annuity insurance for her birthday, which she was ignoring.

This time she got an idea to start a voice greeting which lonely people could contact to talk for a price.

Her services was hired by an all people’s home to cheer the elders during the anniversary of the home.

Fanxiao brought her friends including Qingzhou, Dingqiang and Zhou Yu.  Most of the times, the group where grappling with what to do and say but they were young and fearless and rather penniless so they had to improvise.

There was an old man who was rather taciturn.  His situation reminded her of her own father.

Her father turned up.  Fanxiao went to see him at his hotel but after waiting for a couple of hours, Fanxiao gave up and left.

That evening when she went back to her dorm, her father was waiting outside.  He then apologised to her and said that he had told his wife never to raise her hand on Fanxiao again.

Her father was really apologetic and started crying when she told him about the man at the home who alienated himself from his family they don’t visit him anymore.

She told her father that he must be good to her young brother so he stays with him.

Her father was really emotional at this point.  He told her that the annuity was money for her future.  He said to best not tell anyone, his wife or her mother because it is all for her.

Episode 14

Yangjia texted Qingzhou about an entrepreneurial contest at the university.

She started helping him and Dongqiang but in the end it all went wrong because her name was omitted from the application form and it was Fanxiao who had to be the spokesperson for Try It.

Her frustration and jealousy came to a boiling point and took it out of Fanxiao who finally admitted to herself that she also likes Qingzhou but she does not want to upset Yangjia who she already suspected to be in love with Dongqiang.

But Qingzhou had always been in love with Fanxiao.

Episode 15

Poor Yangjia was not having the greatest time during the Christmas Season.

She was so overt with her adoration for Qingzhou but she just doesn’t rock his boat.

During the Little Table celebration which coincided with a Christmas party, Qingzhou went after Fanxiao who decided to give Yangjia and Qingzhou privacy.

Qingzhou found her in another eatery and accompanied her to eat and drink and drink and drink some more.

She then told him rather hazily that Yangjia likes him.

A happily confused Qingzhou could not believe what he heard.  He thought his goddess had just confessed to him.

When he saw her again, it was an accidental double date with Dongqiang and Langlang in a buffet restaurant.

Fanxiao was so embarrassed to be with Qingzhou she tried to leave but he followed her.  She told him that Yangjia likes him but as the New Year’s fireworks started bursting in the sky, he kissed her which she did not stop immediately and then she did try to leave but he kissed her again and that was that they were officially in love with one another.

Poor Yangjia celebrated the new year by going to a concert of Justin.  She was so drunk later, she started posting her adoration of Justin using her student council account.

This ruined her chance to get into her post-graduate studies which made her mother berate her to no end.

Poor Yangjia!!!

Episode 16

Langlang became Fanxiao’s confidant in her love life with Qingzhou.

Huangfu broke up with Zhou Yu.  Huangfu was so high maintenance.  She had gone too far when she just deleted all the photographs that Zhou Yu had taken over the years.

Qingzhou tried being the opposite of his normal self to discourage Yangjia from liking him so much but it actually had the opposite effect because she found him even cuter and like him even more.

Episode 17

Finally Yangjia found out that her friends had been keeping secrets from her.

She accidentally overheard the meeting of her friends to discuss how to let her down gently.  She was so humiliated.

Whoa, this episode has a surprise ending.  Big Sister might actually have the best ending of them all.

Her TextMate was revealed to be her idol, Justin.  So cute.

Episode 18

Huang Fu and the girls went on a mini-holiday and they had Zhou Yu with them to take photographs.

Huan Fu tried to make up with him but he was not interested.  He was snubbing her and tried to get away from her from every one of her overtures.

Huang Fu then got a message from Mr Ma that her father had been trying to contact her

Her father told her that her mom had a fall and ended in the hospital. From tests, it was discovered that she had malignant cancer.

Huang Fu was so upset and Zhou Yu tried to comfort her but this time she really did not want to have anything with him.

She went home to her mother and father and found her mother looking frail but bubbly as if nothing had happened.

She went to the doctor to find out more about her mother’s condition.  It was confirmed that it was stage four and that she should just ride along with her mother’s cheerfulness.

Zhou Yu turned up at her house and started looking after the family.

This episode is really very moving because the mother confessed to Huang Fu that she knew what was wrong with her. She had look after Huang Fu’s grandma who also had cancer so she knew what she had.

Zhou Yu bonded with the mother who told him that Huang Fu is spoilt and sometimes can be a little drama queen.  She asked Zhou Yu that if he can’t take Huang Fu’s attitude then make the break up with her as nice as possible.  Zhou Yu promised.

The mother died and the girls turned up during the memorial.  It was very sad.

You need a box of tissue because this is a bit of a tearjerker.

Episode 19

Fan Xiao found out that Qingzhou’s ex-girlfriend was coming back for an alumni visit.  She heard that the ex was liken to Audrey Hepburn, beautiful, intelligent and gentle.

Fanxiao suddenly felt not good enough for Qingzhou.  She became clingy.

Meanwhile, Lang Lang has someone at work who had a crush on her but she was pining for Mr Mai

Fanxiao advised her to get over Mr Mai as he was just a mirage relationship. Langlang then agreed to go to the movies with Bin on her birthday.

But then canceled it because Mr Mai called up and had time to see her.

Mr Mai asked why Lang Lang wanted to stay another three years in university.

LangLang said that it was because she likes the school.

Mr Mai told her that she should not stay in the school for the sake of someone.  He was hinting that he may have noticed that she has a crush on him.

Meanwhile, Fanxiao realised that she doesn’t like her current self.

Speaking with Langlang, they decided to rethink themselves; get back their real selves.

Langlang felt guilty that her mother had taken another part-time job to help her pay for her post-graduate so she decided to get a real job.

Episode 20 The Bangbangs

This episode is really interesting.  It is about bangbangs or street porters.

Anyway, Langlang was interning in a newspaper agency.  She was so excited to begin with but the reality was vastly different from what she thought.

Instead to interviewing and writing news, all she did not make coffees and teas, do the photocopying.  She was a general dogsbody.

Then a very particular popular photographer requested an assistant from the newspaper agency.

Langlang was picked

Being an assistant was carrying the bulky, heavy, and cumbersome paraphernalia of the English photographer.

The location was so hilly so lagging the equipment was more difficult.

Thank goodness for the bangbangs who are street porters. With very little fee they would carry your heavy loads to anywhere you wanted.

Anyway, Roberts, the foreign photographer was very grateful to Langlang’s help but despite this commendation, Langlang is lagging behind the other interns.  She was number 12 where only the top two would be kept on by the news agency as permanent staff.

The latest assignment of the interns was to produce an interesting article about life and lifestyle.

Langlang remembered the bang bangs and wanted to write about them.

Her first draft was not good enough and the second.

She was beginning to lose her confidence and it did not help that Mr Mai was always in her face.

She told him to leave her alone and mentioned him not knowing how she had to learn to let go of someone and moved on.

It seems Mr Mai knew that she was dead keen on him because he said that he knew.

Anyway, Langlang persevered in her writing and asked the famed photographer Robert if she could use one of his photos of the Bangbangs.

Robert graciously agreed and said that he looks forward to reading her article.

Langlang’s article was selected for publication and was lauded for having a Robert photo on the article.

Episode 21

Poor Langlang.  She really got the hots for Mr Mai and she was forcing him to acknowledge that he feels the same way too with her.

Mr Mai told her that it was just her imagination.  It was quite natural for a student to fantasize about her teacher but that was all it was a fantasy.

Lang Lang would not have it so Mr Mai told her to go away as he closes the door on her face.

I do feel personally embarrassed about Langlang.

Langlang, just get over him.

Meanwhile, the lovey dovey Huangfu and Zhou Ye have their own problem.

Huangfu was determined to go back home to Shanghai after graduation to be with her father who she noticed was starting to have grey hair.

Zhou Ye, of course, would like to stay in Chongqing as his extended family lives there.

Zhou Ye read the article written by Huangfu about graduation and breaking up.  He was moved about her pain of probably breaking up because she had to go back to Shanghai.

So Zhou Ye decided to go with her to Shanghai.  His mother was not keen on the idea but he told her to imagine living alone with his father with her.

So his mother reluctantly agreed because she does like Huangfu.

Episode 22

Big Sister still had not twigged that Justin was her textmate rather than his manager.  Justin was loving their connection and that she has so many useful suggestions pertaining to his new song.

Her mother was in town sorting out her post-graduate and was alarmed that Big Sister had been telling her porkies.

Big Sister had not applied to take the exam for the post-graduate as well as not working for Southwest Press but working as a talent liaison.

They had a big confrontation at the dorm.  Her mother found all her Justin memorabilia.

Big Sister stormed out.

Justin had just finished his new song and wanted Big Sister to have a listen.

Big Sister told him or rather his manager that she was not in the mood to listen as she just had a big fight with her mother.

Justin was so alarmed he went looking for big sister but bumped into her mother instead.

He then witnessed a very heartwarming incident where Big Sister’s mother was telling off a bully Qi.

Episode 23

Fangxiao opened a bubble tea kiosk.  After five minutes 😜 she closed it down.

She wanted to open another business called Little table as a dating.

Her shareholders were the boys and she was spending money so much.

She made a killer mistake just when an investor was willing to invest 2million to their company.

Without discussing with the boys, she paid for clicks to the apps which meant the apps was suspended altogether.

Dongqing gave Qingzhou an ultimatum where he had to choose between him and Fangxiao because he cannot work with her.

Episode 24

The ending needed closure.

It was graduation after four years.

Fangxiao intends to stay with Qingzhou and Dongxiao and support them in their fledgling apps business.

She made amends with Qingzhou and Dongxiao about her bossy ways and lack of respect for money which almost derailed their business even before it got really started.

She made up with her stepmother and was quite chummy with her halfbrother.

Langlang graduated earlier so she was assigned to Beijing.  Her relationship with Mr. Mai ended bittersweetly.

Big Sister finally found out that her textmate is indeed Justin who offered her a job as his assistant.  Big Sister was rather hesitant because she likes her job where she was working and she really doesn’t want to be disillusioned with Justin if she finds out things she did not like. Afterall she had idolised him for such a long time.

Zhou Yu showed his devotion to Huangfu.  He was excited to move to Shanghai.  He has even started to look for places near her father, who he likes as well. Awww
