Episode 1
I have to admit I did not watch the first series because I did not find Ahn Bo Hyun attractive with his nerdy long hair and looked unkempt most of the time.
His character just doesn’t rock my boat and so did Yumi apparently as they broke up.
And that is how this episode started.
All of Yumi’s cells were working overtime because of her oscillating emotions especially when she found out that Gu Woong had moved on so quickly and enjoying an exciting life without her. He also looks better.
But in the office, Ba Bi started to pay her attention including asking her to go to a concert of ska music which Yumi was rather partial too.
Then all of a sudden, Ba Bi said..
“Let’s date!”
This is all he had to say for me to continue watching this drama. Love it.
Episode 2
Unfortunately, Yumi’s Love cell is still in a coma so Yumi rejected Babi’s confession as she was not feeling the love.
The next day, Babi started ignoring her. The more he ignores her the more she gets interested.
She was so interested that her Love Cell woke up but then it might be too late because Babi decided to go on a blind date with Ruby.
Episode 3
Love this drama.
Babi did not attend the blind date.
Instead, he wanted to return the umbrella he borrowed from Yumi but she noticed the text at 2 am.
She texted him to tell him that.
He texted immediately to say that they should meet at the coffee shop the next day.
Yumi excitedly dolled herself up and then went to the coffee shop to meet Babi.
But it was not the romantic scenario that Yumi was hoping to happen, instead, Babi looks like he could not wait to leave.
Still, she invited him to stay for coffee. Still, after he finished, he left.
She followed him as he jogged. She totally gave up but then he was suddenly right before her.
She decided there and then to be brave.
She confessed to him. He was shocked at first but then he said that they should start dating immediately.
And they started dating… secretly.

Yumi entered another writing contest and was very hopeful for this one, her eleventh.
Again she did not win and at this time, she finally accepted that she was probably not cut out to be a writer.
At that moment, she got a call from her manager from her old job offering her a part-time accountancy position.
She accepted it and was so happy that she told Babi that she has good news and will tell him when she sees him.
Babi had been promoted to deputy director to manage a branch located on Jeju Island. Therefore, he and Yumi are having a long-distance relationship. Occasionally, she would go visit him or he comes to visit her.
This time around, Yumi was the one to visit him. She was alarmed that he was so chummy with a young woman who was an intern in his company.
Immediately, Yumi felt that there is something to be worried about.
Episode 8
Yumi was right to be worried. Bloody Babi felt something for young Yoo Da Eun. Instead of letting her go after she indirectly confessed to him before she left for Busan to get over him, Babi was moved.
It doesn’t look like Yumi will have a good ending with Babi.
I have to say that though they look good together, there is something stilted about their relationship.
It looks like it would be goodbye, Babi in the coming episodes.
Episode 9
Poor Yumi is absolutely hating her new editor who was so pretentious and no-it-all guy who calls himself Z (American pronunciation)
She told Babi that she had to bear to eat ginger cake to spite Control Z who was watching her like a hawk with his I told you so expression because she defied him when he told her to order something else other the ginger cake because it was horrible.
Babi sent her a box of slices of a variety of cream cakes to cheer her up.
Yumi was missing Babi so she went to Jeju to spend the New Year holidays with him.
She was surprised to see the estate agent showing viewers to Babi’s house. She called Babi who confirmed that he was indeed selling his house to get an apartment near his work.
He said that commuting was becoming a hassle.
Yumi was a bit upset because she likes the house
She went to buy a cake for her and Babi to enjoy but when she got back she noticed a girl standing on the street looking intently at the house.
It was of course, Da Eun.
Yumi told Da Eun that Babi was selling his house.
This shocked and surprised Da Eun who could not help asking if it was because of her.
It then twigged on her that there is more to Da Eun and Babi than meets the eye.
At first, Yumi tried to calm herself as she prepare the cake to surprise Babi but then she can’t helped thinking episodes that make her doubt whether Babi was really into her 100%. She remembered the time when she asked him when he started liking her and he was almost lost for words. He ended up telling her that she crept up on him and then realised it.
When Babi came home, Yumi was not home..
He found her later in a nearby coffee shop all forlorn.
She then asked him pointblank if he was selling his house and moving was because Da Eun confessed to him.
He denied it at first but then she asked him if he was not shaken hearing Da Eun’s confession.
Being a basically honest man, Babi took time to answer and in this situation, you have to answer immediately.
So Yumi knew that it was over. She told him that they need a breakup.
Babi was really upset and reassured that it was only a momentary feeling and that nothing really happened. He selling the house so that something like this would not happen.
Yumi was dithering but in the end, she told him that they can’t go on because their relationship would not be the same.
She left a heartbroken Babi while Yumi’s love hormone was raging. Especially when the other cells told the love cell that he was not the prime cell anymore. The prime position should be transferred to writer cell.
Love Cell was very upset at first but Yumi said that she does not want to be unhappy so she needs to focus on things other than love.
Episode 10
And Yumi focused on her writing with the help of Z.
Z was also instrumental in Babi meeting the now successful Gu Woong again who is still very much interested with Yumi.
But then Yumi heard that Babi had returned permanently to the city and resumed working at their old company.
Episode 11
Babi really missed Yumi that when he had the freedom to start whatever with the young Da Eun, he told her goodbye firmly and abruptly,.
Yumi met Babi again, though she tried very hard not to. But then it was bound to happen as he lives near her neighbourhood.
Yumi was buying a cup of Americano on Babi favourite coffee shop. She thought it will be ok as it was a weekday and was bound to be at work.
But then she heard Babi behind her.
She said it was ridiculous if she did not say hello so she did. After some pleasantries, she says her goodbye but then he followed her outside and told her how much he missed her. `He sounded so sincere but Yumi can’t just forget and forgive her hurt.
She told him that she never missed him but he called her lovingly a liar.
Yumi’s cells were worried as they feel Yumi is weakening.
Yumi asked why call her a liar.
Babi said that he was only hoping that she was lying of not missing him. ahhh
And she was because she started crying.
Babi held her in his arms tightly while she was crying her heart out. She would not listen to her reason cell when met up with her banished love cell.
Love cell that this will be hard because even if they reconcile it would be hard to go back to how they used to be.
